*Picture Reference: It's pretty self-explanatory, haha.*
**[A/N]: Sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry, and sorry. Oh wait, sorry. I'm a pretty shitty writer, with all of these updates and all. Hope you like the chapter. Sorry again. Loved the comments from the last one. Please comment again.**
Elian's POV
"Are gay people just dropping from the sky nowadays?" Nikolai ridiculously asked to his invisible friend next to him as we were about to board a plane to be able to make it to California.
"Nikolai, you are gay," I murmured and Ambrogio actually scoffed, and then a glare from Nikolai was sent my way but I ignored his stupidity and turned my attention to the Alphas on either side of me staring at the other humans and few supernaturals that roamed the airport. Their eyes would find an innocent being and have a reason to find them suspicious and allow their eyes to linger on that specific person until they were out of their sight. I sighed, knowing that there wasn't anything I could have done to calm their nerves even if I had Fae warriors stationed at different locations of the airport for safety precautions.
"Hello passengers, flight three to California, United States has two changes. The departure gate has been changed to 32C, and there will also be a slight departure delay due to the weather outside. Therefore, passengers should be boarding about a quarter to the hour."
I inwardly groaned as I heard the announcement finish through the static speakers attached to the ceiling of the airport for every few feet. The building was swarming with bodies and deafening chatter emanated from every angle. The presence of suitcases, bags, and other needed items for a comfortable flight was promising.
"Can someone explain to me as to why we are using airplanes for our method of travel when we have more than enough Fae to teleport us over to California?" Ambrogio questioned with a raised voice.
"Will you say that a little louder? Don't forget to tell the pilots in the plane by the way, wouldn't want them feeling left out," Nikolai sneered at Ambrogio.
"Was I talking to you?" Ambrogio countered back.
"You were simply asking for someone to answer, you should feel grateful that I was going to in the first place."
"I don't thank homophobic fools like you."
"You know what would be funny? If I weren't even homophobic, just not attracted to you at all. Lifeless bloodsuckers like yourself. Wouldn't that be hilarious, Elian?"
"Alright enough! I am done with the two of you fighting like school boys on the playground. Take your sexual frustration elsewhere. As for Ambrogio, the Fae cannot teleport to a place that they have never been to. It simply does not work like that. That is why we are taking planes, and to stay under the radar for a bit."
Ambrogio nodded and returned to the book that he often writes in nowadays. There was a comfortable silence in the air until Nikolai just had to go and ruin it.
"How is that even possible? I mean, two female Alphas..."
"Well, I have Kasey and Kaspar, thus being three male Alphas to the Celestial Hala Pack. The term, Luna, is the same as Alphas, but is usually used for the female Alpha of the pack. Right, mates?" I turned to look at the twins who seemed to be occupied by the crowds in the airport.
I decided to give them a little incentive to pay attention to me later on, "I mean, a wolf from the pack was so polite and welcoming the other day. Good looking as well, he seemed like he would be pretty good in bed too. I wouldn't mind finding out one day for myself. If you must know, he goes by the name Maddox. Oh, hey Maddox!" I said to Nikolai as his eyes widened after every word.
