Natapos ang maghapon nang hindi na muling binanggit pa ni Haze ang tungkol sa pag-uwi sa apartment niya which calmed him down. Hindi mapalagay si Dos sa isiping uuwi ito sa lugar na iyon, tapos ano, maiiwan na naman siya? Paano naman siya kapag nangyari iyon?
Lumabas siya saglit para pakalmahin ang sarili dahil kailangan niya iyon. Hindi lang para sa kaniya kung hindi para na rin sa dalaga. Napa-paranoid siya sa mga posibilidad na pumapasok sa utak niya. And those thoughts scared him.
Nagpahangin muna siya, nagtungo na rin sa grocery store para bumili ng mga kakailanganin nila ni Haze. From foods, drinks, to shower essentials, brush, he even bought her clothes because she didn't have clothes aside from that one she wore when he took her. Hindi naman pwedeng mga damit niya ang ipapasuot dito kasi baka hindi niya mapigilan ang sarili. She's tempting and it was hard to control himself. It was hard not to be tempted when she's wearing his shirt, and damn him for lusting over her.
Matapos niyang mamili ay sumaglit pa siya sa isang flower shop. He still remembered her favorite flowers, tulips. Though he doubt if the shop had those flowers. The shop looks like an igloo but it wasn't an igloo, the glass covered the whole place, and the rays of the sun reaches the plants.
"Welcome to the Fairy's Garden" wika ng babaeng naka-costume bilang isang fairy na nasa may pintuan, nakaabang sa mga customer na papasok.
"Do you have tulips here?" Walang paligoy-ligoy na tanong niya.
"Ah ano kasi sir, may tanim pero hindi ko sure kay madam kung ibinebenta niya" nag-alalangang sagot nito.
"Then get her, kakausapin ko siya" he said with finality. Agad namang tinungo ng babae ang boss niya habang naiwan siya doon, tinatanaw ang mga bulaklak na nsa paso pa.
If there's tulips in here, then he will get it, he won't settle for roses if there's tulip available. Kahit isang tangkay lang.
"Hello Mr. El Greco, ano po ang atin?" It was a middle aged woman, it seems like she was the boss. And she knew him or his family.
"I want a bouquet of tulips for my wife, can you give me that? I'll pay double" he offered.
"Sure. Right away Mr. El Greco. You can wait here while I prepare the flowers" and with that she left.
Tumingin-tingin lang siya sa mga bulaklak. And the way they designed it, it looked so magical, idagdag mo pa na nakadamit pang-fairy ang nagbabantay, walang dudang bagay rito ang pangalan na Fairy's Garden. Ilang sandali lang ay lumabas ulit ang babae, the one they call Madam, with a bouquet of red tulips this time.
He paid the flowers with a doubled price of course, but didn't mind one bit as he stared at the bouquet of tulips in his hand. He thanked them and left the place. He went home with the groceries he bought and the flowers in his hand.
"Hazey" he called. Agad naman siyang pinagbuksan ni Haze, kinuha ang iba nitong pinamili at saka siya pumasok, with the flowers hidden on his back of course.
"What were you hiding?" she eyed him suspiciously, he just smiled at her and then presented the flowers.
"Aww, thank you" she took them from his hands and hugged him tight. He could tell she was happy, her eyes twinkling at the sight of the tulips.
"Thank you so much" she whispered and then pulled him down by the hem of his shirt, and captured his lips which surprised him. That was their first kiss after 5 years. Nang makabawi ay hinalikan niya ito pabalik, pinalalim pa ang sinimulan nito. Their lips parted so they could grasp some air.
"Uhm" she was lost for words, pink tint covered her cheeks.
"I think I should buy you flowers often" he winked making her blush even more.
