Jessica's POV
"I'm sorry but you're not pregnant." Dr. Michelle, my doctor said. I sighed and nodded my head. "Don't lose courage. Sometimes your body just needs time." she said. "My body has had 5 years." I said. She laughed and I smiled. "Well I'll see you next time, doc." I said, getting up and gathering my purse & my keys. "Jessica I know you want a child and I'm not sure why you don't but I think it's time you start thinking about other options." Dr. Michelle said. "Other options?" "Yes. Maybe adoption?" she said. I nodded my head. "I'll talk to Travis." I said. When I opened the car door, I called Travis. "Hello, beautiful." Travis said. "Hey. Chinese good for tonight?" I asked. "Yeah." he said. "See you in thirty minutes." I said. I hung up the phone. Then I started up the car and drove out of the doctor's office.
*30 Minutes Later*
Travis's POV
I was in my office when Jessica came in. She took of her heels and jacket. Then she came in sat on my lap. "Well, hello to you, too." I said. "I'm not pregnant." she said. "Are you sure? Because I thought for sure that when we went for 5 rounds that we had a like Travis Junior in there." I said pointing to her stomach. "We are not naming our child Travis Junior." she said. I made a pouty face. "But I like it." I said in my baby voice. "And I don't. But seriously Dr. Michelle thinks we start talking about other options. I want to." she said. "So you mean adoption?" I asked. She nodded her head. "I think we should make a appointment with an adoption agency." I looked at her. "You're positive you want to do this?" I asked. She nodded her head. "Well set up the appointment." I said. She smiled and gave me a kiss. "Now lets go eat some Chinese." she said taking my hand and leading me to the kitchen.
