Jen's POV
I was making dinner when Brittney came in. "Hey." she said. "Hey." I said. "What are you making?" "Spaghetti." I answered. "Yes!" she said. "It's almost done." I said. She nodded her head, texting on her phone. "Can we talk?" I said. She nodded her head, still texting. I walked over to her and took the phone out her hand & placed it on the table. "That's what we need to talk about." I said. "You should trust me." Brittney said. "Well, when you told me to stop texting girls I stopped but at the same time you should trust me, right?" I said. It was quiet. No comment, I see. "I don't like you texting other guys and I want you to stop. You should give me the respect that I gave to you and stop." I said.Brittney's POV
Is she serious? "Okay fine. You can text girls." I said. "Why won't you just stop. The fact that you won't stop lets me know that you are hiding something." Jen said. "No. I'm not." I said, picking up my phone. Jen took it back out my hand. "Why is it so important that you keep texting guys?" she asked. "It's not. You're right. We should trust each other." I said. "You're only saying that because I want you stop texting guys." "No I'm not. You can text girls." I said. Jen got up from the table. "No. I don't like you texting guys and I want you to stop texting them." she said. Then, she went back into kitchen. "It's done." she said turning off the stove. She started to head upstairs. "You're not eating?" I asked. "Loss my appetite." she said. Then she went upstairs. Me too.Author's Note
