Y/N POV:

Once the van was back up I was next to Jax, "well...that was uh... something." I said as I tried to get my breath back. "is everyone okay?" Ragatha asked "No" Gangel asked, "poor Pomni" Ragatha said "Poor Pomni??? What about Poor Us? we're one tanker away from being Augustus Glooped!" Jax said with a slight raised voice "thanks to who's plan again?" I mumbled. Suddenly we saw two jawbreaker eyes appear from the chocolate river, then it rose up to show a weird chocolate monster! "Oh? What's this? Do my eyes decive me? A delicious gift from within the kingdom gates? Don't mind if do!" The monster said as he picked up our van and tipped it! Jax was again about to fall in so I grabbed his arm with one hand and used my other to hold on! "WOAH WOAH WOAH! I dunno if you need to get your eyesight checked out but in case you couldn't tell: We are not Candy! So don't eat us!" I yelled. "What- you're not Candy? How am I expected to eat something that's not made of Candy? I'm sorry" he said as he put us back down in the river. I let go of Jaxs arm once safe enough "if I hear a word about saving you coming out of your mouth. I will throw you off this truck." I said to him before he could open his mouth. "Pomni always seem to miss the big, gloopy monsters" Kinger pointed out, "who are you anyway?" Jax asked "I am the Fudge! I used to live within the kingdom walls, but I was banished by that rotten princess after I ate too many of the delicious townfolk! Oh, they were so delicious! Sometimes I can hear them... calling to me..." The Fudge said he began to stare into the distance for a moment. "Oh, God. That just sounds like Murder" Ragatha said to him "is it really murder if it's delicious? Answer me that!" He asked "you do make a great point" Jax smirked
"uh! No!" Ragatha yelled "yeah. It's more like an okay point" I added "Y/N! STOP!" Ragatha yelled "what? I'm just agreeing with the monster" I said as I turned back to him. "why don't you leave this to me before I start thinking your hair looks like licorice?" Jax asked Ragatha. "wait, you see it too?" I asked him "JAX! Y/N!" Ragatha yelled as she held her hair "oh, wow! It kind of does!" Kinger agreed "STOP!" Ragatha yelled. "Well Mr. Fudge! You seem like an upstanding guy with real noval goals." Jax smirked "oh I'm not. If you knew what I did in my free time you'd be sickened!" The Fudge said to him "As I was saying, I happen to know a way into the kingdom walls, if you'd ne willing to help us out in return" Jax smirked as he pulled out the key that Loo had given Ragatha! "Wait. Isn't that- how!?!" I asked "sh!" He said to me as he placed a finger in front of my mouth and then moved it away after, then Ragatha noticed. "Hey! When did you-" "shut up Licorice hair." Jax said to Ragatha. "Oh! You much better some kind of master of unlocking things, come to free me from my outdoor prison!" The Fudge grinned "that's me! All we need you to do is help us being some dirty bandits to Justice" Jax smirked. Suddenly the bandits van fell next to us. "Found them" I said unenthusiastically.

Timeskip

We had tied the bandits up. There was no sign of Pomni or their leader. I sat on the roof of the truck with Gangel "y'know, despite a lot, this adventure hasn't been too bad" I Shrugged at Gangel "gotta say, this is a lot more anticlimactic then I was hoping it'd be" Jax said from behind me. "Right by now I'm scared to ask but...what exactly where you hoping for?" I sighed as Gangel Focused on looking for Pomni and the other bandit. "you know, like, one big final battle. Bloodshed, death, Chaos! whatever." He answered. I sighed a bit "I guess...I guess I kinda was hoping the same" I said "were ya?" He asked "I guess? We had all these weapons and we didn't even get to test most of them out!" I chuckled. "Yeah, it's disappointing, but meh." he Shrugged. "I mean...the towns people aren't completely off the table" I joked "yeah but we lost all the weapons in that damn crash" he said to me "okay fair point" I sighed. Suddenly we heard something. Jax then took a look. It was another one of the bandits van? "Do you guys have a second truck that flies?" Jax asked "yeah! Oh wait. No no we don't" one answered. Suddenly the second truck fell and landed on the Fudge! Completely ruining Jax's plans on destroying the village. "damnit." I mum led jokingly as we got off. That's when we saw who was driving it. It was Pomni and the other bandit.

As Pomni talked to Ragatha I saw Jax sitting on the ground. I walked over and knelt down "you good?" I asked "I'm so unbelievably disappointed right now." He said with a glare. "Well, who knows. Mabye they'll be more death and bloodshed in the next adventure?" I shrugged "Ha ha ha ha his wholesome." He said sarcasticly. He he went back to poking the floor the key fell out his pocket. I then quickly Swiped it. I didn't trust him with it. But I had an idea what to do with it.

"Thanks to you brave knights, our kingdom will once again thrive! I'm sure it was no easy task." Loo smiled "you have no idea." Jax mumbled angrily. Then the portal opened for us to go home. Farewell brave knights! Have fun executing that bandit fella!" She grinned, oh yeah! Pomni decided to take home that Bandit NPC? I dunno why. Before we could get through the portal suddenly we heard a loud rumbling. "What's that!?!" Ragatha asked. I smirked and pulled out the key "oh no, it appears I left the gate unlocked, The Fudge is coming, whatever shall I do?" I said sarcasticly. Jax's angry face turned into a smirk "Y/N, you have just made my day a whole lot better!" He grinned as he patted me on the back. "Uh- WHAT!?! I- I THOUGHT HE WAS DEAD!" Ragatha yelled "O-Okay wait, you did what now?" Loo asked me. "What can I say? I like chaos" I smiled as Jax began to drag us through the portal "Well! Love you help you again sometime! Bye!" He yelled as we ran through the portal. Once through I laughed as I heard the screams. "worth it" I chuckled as I have Jax the key.

"Welcome back, my little hard shell hamburgers!" Caine grinned "so this is the circus huh? I could get used to this" the NPC said "Oh! One of these guys got through" Caine said As he vanos snapped the NPC into confetti! I didn't know him that well so I wasn't affected. But Pomni clearly was. Then I saw Zooble, I walked over "hey, so uh...you got everything set up?" I asked "yeah I have" she said. Me and Zooble rarely talk, and whenever we do it's usually a disagreement. But recently I've decided to be more considerate around her. We're all in this together after all.

I looked at Jax as we started to talk about Kaufmos funeral. He looked...sad? Then that sadness turned into him being angry and then stormed off. I looked confused. I decided to check in on him after the funeral.

We got to where the funeral was held and I looked at the picture of Kaufmo. Apparently I was zoning out because Ragatha had her turn and now it was me. I walked over and sighed "I didn't know him that well, but he was a very important piece in the circus. He was like that very very annoying little brother. But you still love them because that's what family does, y'know? So I'll miss you Kaufmo. It's weird not hearing your stupid jokes every day I go down the stairs" I said with a sad chuckle. As the funeral came to a close I looked at the picture one last time. "Goodbye Kaufmo." I smiled sadly as I walked away and up the stairs.
