"Buir, we can't sign a treaty with them," Cody informed Jango as soon as Jango retreated to their chamblers from the event.

Jango gave him a tired look but he sat on the couch in the common area next to Cody. "There is just about a million reasons for that. You will have to be a little more specific, ad."

"Well, how do I say it..."

Obi-Wan was sobbing in Cody's arms, apologising over and over again, for what Cody didn't know. Everytime he asked, it led to even more apologies. Only after half an hour of whispered reassurances and words of love, Obi-Wan finally calmed down a little. Only maybe it was even worse than when he was sobbing incoherent apologies.

"I'm sorry, Cody. I will take whatever punishment you see fit."

"Obi-Wan..." Cody simply didn't know what to say. "What are you talking about? You haven't done anything."

And then it came spilling out of Obi-Wan.

"You are apologizing for Maul trying to rape you?!" Cody couldn't believe.

"I understand you are upset and I'm sorry. I will do my best for this not to happen again."

"Cyare... I'm not upset with you. Why would I be upset wit you?"

"I let Maul touch me. I understand why you would be upset with that."

"No, no, Obi-Wan, none of that was your fault. I'm not upset, I promise I'm not upset."

"That's only because you don't know," Obi-Wan sobbed.

"I don't know what?" Cody asked. "Obi-Wan. What is there I don't know?" he insisted.

"No! I can't tell you. You won't want me if I tell you. They were right, I can't tell anyone."

"Obi-Wan. Obi-Wan, look at me. I love you. No matter what, I love you and I always will. Nothing you tell me can change that. Just tell me, okay? You can tell me."

"Maul wanted to rape Obi-Wan," Cody said before he could think about it any further. "I think he drugged him, too."

"He what?!" Jango exclaimed loudly.

"Try to keep it quiet, please?" Cody asked and when he saw the confused expression on his buir's face, he explained: "Obi-Wan is asleep."

"Oh..." Cody knew Jango understood. As a mandalorian, he has been on thousands of missions, has met thousands of broken people. He knew how hard it could be for someone to fall asleep and how easy it often was to jostle them awake. "Anyway, did I hear right that..."

"Yes, you heard me right."

"Has he done something to Obi-Wan?"

"He is physically alright. I think I came just in time. But... buir, I think this wasn't the first time this was done to him."

"What do you mean?"

"Well, he- he mentioned Maul had done this before. Apparently, they've known each other for quite some time. And he also mentioned- mentioned other men mistreating him," Cody said. He wasn't really surprised when Jango gasped. And he had yet to continue. He had to say it now or he would never fing the strenght to say it. "It get's worse, buir."
