"But you make me wanna act like a girl, paint my nails, and wear high heels"

Later that evening, Cedric approached me while everyone was having dinner in the Great Hall.

"Meet me in the Ravenclaw tower after finishing dinner" He whispers in my ear before walking out of the Great Hall, not even turning around to look at me.

I quickly gobbled up my dinner and went to find him. Curious of what he had to say, it seemed important by how he came to find me.

When I arrived at the bottom of the Ravenclaw Tower. Cedric leaned against the wall, staring into the distance zoning out. His brunette hair blew in the soft wind, his sharp jawline accentuated in the darkness. He turns his head towards my direction as soon as my footsteps are heard.

"Is there something you want to say to me, Cedric?" I asked him as I stood in front facing him.

"I heard from Liam, you and Malfoy are dating? Is it true?" He steps forward, no longer leaning on the wall, with a worried expression.

"Oh yeah, sorry I didn't have a chance to tell you myself" I look up at him with an apologetic smile.

He shakes his head and returns a small smile "No, no, don't be. It's just a little...shocking. You and Malfoy. I thought you hated him?"

"Well, there's a thin line between love and hate" I smile bashfully.

"He's not threatening you or forcing you to date him right?" He asks in a concerned tone.

I let out a quiet laugh "No, why would he?"

"Wow, little Belle is all grown up" Cedric ruffles my hair and chuckles. My heart sank a little at the way he called me 'little' Belle, it was obvious he only saw me as a little sister. Would this plan even work out?

"Well as long as you're happy, I'll support you" Cedric smiles "But if he ever treats you badly, you have to tell me, and I'll deal with him for you"

"I can handle myself, Cedric. And he's been kind to me" I remember how he treated me since the start of this year. It seemed like he didn't hate me anymore. Which was quite unusual. Draco used to tease and insult me all the time, but these days he's been nothing but kind to me.

These thoughts cause me to slip out a small grin. Cedric notices and chuckles at my reaction. "It's getting late, you should return to your dorm. I'll see you tomorrow" Cedric waves goodbye before heading back to his dorm.

Just as I was about to head into the Ravenclaw tower, I heard footsteps approaching from behind me. I turn around quickly, revealing the only Slytherin I think about. His hands were in his pockets as he came closer to me.

Stopping a few steps away he says "So he found out?"

I nod "Yeah, but he doesn't seem jealous"

Draco stepped closer, our bodies were merely a few inches apart. He stares deep into my eyes, his grey eyes shining under the moonlight. "Then I guess we should step up our game" The corner of his mouth tilted up slightly.

"There's a quidditch match tomorrow. Slytherin is going against Hufflepuff." He takes off his green scarf worn around his neck and wraps it gently around my neck. "Wear my scarf, and come cheer for me."

I stroked his scarf, it was soft and comfortable. And it had the scent of green apples and mint. Why did he smell so good?

I nod "Alright, I'll come to cheer for you"
