Inside Chan's office

"You are part of this family Apo, do you realize that? ", the middle aged man stared, expressing anger and hurt.
The young guy couldn't do anything except fearfully nod his head, without looking back at his fatherly figure.

"Is someone bothering you?, instead is someone in our house bothering you?", he asked suspiciously.
Po shook his head and signed, " I just didn't want to be a burden to you all."

" You have never been and never will be a burden to me nor to anyone. Rather I think you are a sunshine shining brighter everyday. Me and your mama always wanted to have another child who would be a good crime partner and a companion to Mile; but unfortunately we weren't able to conceive one.
Mile was a very lonely kid without friends in primary school and middle school; all the kids who interacted with him had their own hidden motives in their minds.
He..... he used to cry hysterically everyday; all my hardships and all sorts of success I had garnered over the years, sadly seemed to be a curse in my little boy's life.", he spoke with speck of tears in his eyes, "Anyways past is meant to be left behind and God has been sweet enough to have sent great human beings to be his friends since few years. It really makes me happy to see my boy smile unforced; and it has enhanced indeed since you came to our house.
We are indebted to you more than you could imagine, I truly believe you to be an angel in disguise not a burden.

Please do me a favor or instead repay me by living with us.", the elder man spoke emotionally with tiny hints of tears in his eyes and voice trailing into a whisper at the end.
Apo nodded positively with tears out of overwhelm sparkling at the bay of his eyes.
"Come on champ, exams are coming up. Fasten your urges and you better prepare well. You've got a large portion of students and people to prove your capability. I am sure you are going to be one among the top. ", opening his arm for a warm hug and his face lightened with a fatherly loving smile , " Come, give me a hug."

No matter what would happen in the future, Apo decided to never leave his present house and his present family; not even on the arrival of the Wattanagitipats.

The sun was shining high bright when Apo's eyes fluttered open, it had been a month and a half since the heartfelt conversation with.... his dad. Since then, the thought of moving out of Romsaithong mansion did not cross Apo's mind for once.

He was genuinely happy, finally; his unspoken misunderstanding with Mile was resolved in tranquility without actual realisation; perhaps he was irked by presence of Preen to a great extent.

MileApo duo was now like a pair of newborn kittens; inseparable in other words.
Apo was currently experiencing a sweet deja vu, from the time Mile became more clingy and possessive towards him.

His crush didn't leave him alone for a single moment in school;

Apo was the center of his attention;

he sulked to the extreme when he was with Build;

he tried to separate him from Build;

Apo was showered by his affection unexpectedly.
"Po can you please help me with Physics!!!! ", Mile pleaded since their finals were going to start in a week.
In return Apo couldn't help but chuckle.
Usually it was he who used to frown silently in front of Mile but right now the tables seemed to have turned around; just that it was exhibited in a more louder and chaotic fashion.
Studying was one of the most favorite activity for Apo, especially when it was with Mile; although his mate found it painful to death. The annoyed funny comments uttered by his friend from time to time came out cute to his smart and cool demeanor.
"Po where are you lost?, please help me pass lest mae is gonna kill me.", Mile cried while his teacher Apo was lost in his thoughts; happy about how his life had turned into though it was a pretty hard way.
