31. She confessed

Reyansh's POV

I was honestly happy that I didn't get that mattress changed. At least we got a chance to come out of that place.

That house wasn't scary at all. Nobody finds their childhood home scary but still I didn't feel good there.

I felt as if I was alone there. I had many people around me all the time but still only she made me feel complete.

And the thought of some stupid deal made me mad as hell.

If my father actually did something of that sort, I wouldn't think twice before killing him.

Besides that man doesn't deserve to be alive anyways.

She liked many things at the mall but I don't know why she didn't buy all of them and just a few pieces.

I thought price was the problem but why would she be worried about that when I am here with her?

But then it's her choice what she wants to get and what she doesn't want to. I won't say anything in that matter.

It was already 8 by the time we got free from the shopping.

Now we have 2 options. One is to go back and reach by 9 and the other one wad that we will have dinner and then go back by around 10.

And we decided to choose the second option.

At least now we don't have to see anyone before tomorrow morning.

But Maybe it was just our hope......

I got a call from maa asking when we will be back home.

I clearly told her that we aren't coming back before having dinner outside and that we couldn't wait because we were really hungry which was true.

We didn't eat much in the afternoon either.

Looking at my cousin and her friend's face just made my hunger disappear.

And because I didn't eat, she didn't eat much either.

I told her she could eat whatever she wanted but then she said no trice so I didn't force her then.

Maa kept on trying to convince us to come back but we didn't agree and I hung up.

We sat in the car and I started driving when my phone rang again.

" Look at the caller ID." I requested her.

" Okay." She replied and picked up my phone.

" It's your dadi. I think you should pick up at least." She said.

" Just leave it. She is just going to keep on asking us to come back. And let's just not go too early." I said.

" Don't be childish okay? She is your dadi. If you try to make her understand she will. She isn't your enemy." She tried explaining to me.

And my dadi calls her a home wrecker.
The exact same person who is trying to make me understand to not break up my relationship with them.

" Fine." I agreed.

She picked up the phone and connected it to the Bluetooth speaker of the car.

" Reyansh, just come back right now. Your bua is here. Spend some time with her. It's not like she comes here everyday." This was the first thing my dadi said when she picked up the phone.

" I am driving dadi I can't talk. We both will be back late." I said in a no nonsense tone.

" Oh come on!!! Just give your phone to your wife then. I don't care but I need you home as soon as possible. Do you get that?" She asked with slight anger.
