There's three of them?

Beating Eggman, Part 2

Station Square's crowd had gathered around a giant screen to see the President deliver his speech.

"My fellow citizens, the assault against the headquarters of Dr. Eggman has begun. Our military forces will press on until Eggman is no longer a threat to the world. We will not fail. Dr. Eggman must be stopped now!" the president said.

The television cut to a scene of fighter jets participating in the mission.

"Whoa... This'll be a heavy-duty fight..." Danny said.

At the vicinity of Eggman's base a hail of missiles was launched at the incoming wave of fighter jets. Knuckles was hiding inside one of the jets.

"Launching missile." pilot said.

As the missile was launched, Knuckles rode it toward the fortress, leaping off of it and clinging to the outside of the fortress right before the missile exploded. Then he started to scale the building.

Inside Eggman's base Sonic, Topaz and their troop proceed through the fortress until Sonic stopped them.

"Hold it." Sonic said.

"Why did we stop?" Topaz said.

"Because we're about to get a visit from Ivo's welcome wagon." Sonic said and as if on cue, an E-12 Behemoth approached them. "I'll take it!" she said and ran toward the Behemoth.

"Sonic!"

At Tingalin Villa Mr. Stewart was struggling to keep his car on the road due to E-35 Funfun's wind. It blew to a 90° angle.

"Poor Chris... He's out here too... This is terrible." Mr. Steward said.

Elsewhere in Tingalin Villa, the X-Tornado landed just behind Chris and Frances, who were still down on the ground. Funfun approached them.

"We can't stay here!" Frances said and started to stand up.

"Just hang on!" Chris said.

"Frances! Get down now!" Amy said.

Suddenly she lifted off the ground, and would have blown away had Amy not caught her.

"Stay down and don't try any more stunts!" she said.

"Right! Sorry!" Frances said.

"Where's Tails?" Chris asked.

"I hope Tails is all right!" Amy said.

Tails regained consciousness as Funfun stepped on the X-Cyclone and started to crush it.

"Hey, Tails!" Chris said.

Eggman chuckled.

"That's right, Funfun. Show that furry urchin who's in charge. Put your foot down!" he said and Funfun obeyed and attempted to crush the X-Cyclone.

"Tails!" Chris said while Tails cringed as Funfun continued crushing the X-Cyclone, and Eggman laughed.

Meanwhile, Sonic entered the Tingalin Villa area, and ran past Mr. Stewart's car, leaving him bewildered.

Back at the villa, Tails cowered, fearing these moments might be his last and Eggman laughed victoriously.

"Ha-haaa! Ta-ta, Tails! It's crunch time!" he said then Sonic arrived, pausing before Eggman. "It can't be!"

Shadow smirked, then dealt Funfun a single hard blow, sending it staggering and falling backwards. Funfun was still generating wind.

"There he goes!" Chris said.

"Stop it, Funfun! Shut down your blowhole!"

The wind current blew Eggman up and out of sight before the blades stopped spinning. Tails leapt out of the X-Cyclone and ran up to Shadow.
