Chaoter 7

Five years later
Lexi looked at the night sky, the moon like every night they'd done for the past five years, searching, waiting for Joshie to come home to find him. But he was lost. But they would've given up the hunt; they'd been searching for the last five years, tracking down Samson's pack of wolves, and he had to find some of them, but they didn't know anything nothing about joshie after they tortured them and killed them nothing.

They lived with their mother now in the palace for the dragon queen and family she adopted a child his name was Sami, but he couldn't replace the bond they shared with Joshie "Lexi, sis, mom says it's time to come in" he said, "fuck off, Sami, go away," they said.

He ran off crying, but they were cold and ruthless now all they wanted was Joshie they wore the necklace that their mother gave them, covered in someone else's blood. "Lexi, why did you make Sami cry?" she asked, "go away, Mom," they said.

She sat down next to them, smiling "what's wrong with you?" she asked, "nothing; I'm just my normal self," they said.

She looked at them "I'm sorry, Lexi," she said, "I do not need your pity," they said, "you lost your sibling because of me," she said, "no, you didn't it was my fault for killing that asshole, Samson I should've known he had some trick up his sleeve now he's gone unknown to me, but I'll find him even if I have to hunt down and kill every wolf," they said. "Lexi, what happened to that little girl that I saw long ago?" she asked, "their dead mom now I'm ruthlessly closed up so go take care of my fake brother Sami he needs you more than me" they said.

She hugged them close "you'll always be my priority, Lexi," she said, "even though you left me in the unknown for my whole life," they said, "I did it to protect you Samson would've taken you as a baby if I didn't step in and hide you with my most trusted royal quarter," she said.

They pushed them away, and they flew off into the night "Lexi, come back," she said.

But they didn't listen listening was over action, and destruction was all they sought.

They flew for a little bit when they smelled something, someone familiar dropping to the ground finding their pray slamming him to the ground "fucking Alex," they said, "awe toots look like you finally found me the great game of chase we've had" he said, "cut the crap and tell me where Joshie is" they asked. They slashed him across the chest "that was a warning now, could you show me where he is? I've searched for so long I'm tired of searching I want him, please he was my everything, and your stupid dad took him," they said.

He patted them on the head, "rest, princess; it will be over," he said.

They fell asleep, not knowing how or why, as Alex took them to a new pace away from their mother and the fake little happy family they weren't in.

They opened their eyes later, looking around, not knowing where they were when he walked over to them, a fire was lit, with people, maybe creatures, sitting around it "oh, good you're awake, princess," he said.

They tried to talk "you won't be able to spit your fiery spirit at me for a while; you're still drugged up it took a little bit since you're not a full dragon," he said.

They just stared at them,"hey, Joshie, someone wants to see you" he said.

A man walked over with his short, scraggy black hair, blue eyes, and a matching black beard, wearing beat-up clothes, looking at them, "sir, you finally caught them" he said, "indeed I did" he said, "now what will you do with them" Joshie asked, "why make them my bitch, of course, just like my dad did" he said.

They tried to move, but their bodies were still weak "Joshie," they said, "awe baby's still tired," he said.

Joshie looked at them, not smiling "come back to me" they said.

He looked at them "what does she think she's saying?" he asked, "oh, she thinks she knows you." Alex said, "Haha, me? Ah, she's crazy I've never been near dragons the wolves are my family they found me and raised me" Joshie said, "not true you're my brother." They said, "Haha, she's crazy," he said.

They grabbed hold of Joshie, hugging him. "I love you, Joshie" they said, "what the fuck? Get off me, kid" he said.

He tried to get out of their grip as she kissed his cheek "ah Alex, help," he said.

Alex pulled Joshie and Lexi apart "that's enough go train or hunt," he said, "thanks, Alex," Joshie said.

Joshie ran off as they looked in his direction "see, he knows nothing about you, Lexi you are not siblings he's part of us the the wolves raised him he was reborn, forgotten everything about you," he said. "what did you do to him? He's a dragon, doesn't he know that?" they asked, "nope, he thinks he was just a human abandoned by his home, and we took him in he's ours now  nowwhat to do with you?" he said.

They tried to fight, but their body was still drugged up "don't you worry, I'll make you the prettiest little bitch that no one will ever want to touch you again; Lexi, your mine remember, you belonged to my father, so that means you belong to me," he said, "no" They said, "awe, baby's still trying to fight" he said, "I hate you" they said, "we love you to Lexi" he said.

He pulled them away to a tent, laying them down as he held them close, kissing their cheek "stop" they said,' what was that baby?" he asked, "stop, Alex, please, I'll do anything else just don't do what your father did to me" they begged, "aw, baby's begging for mercy you'll do other stuff when the drugs wear off, but for now, you're my toy" he said.

The next day

They heard a dragon roar coming from outside opening the tent, they saw him, with golden eyes instead of blue eyes, running over to the tent where Lexi was with Alex "Lexi," he said, "Joshie," they asked, "let's go home," he said.

They smiled, taking his hand and flying off with them "so what happened after I killed Samson? What did they do to you, Josie?" they asked, "they erased my memory of you, of me, of who I was and made me believe I was one of them. Still, you saved me like you always will save me you awaken me by kissing me my mind was fighting with me yesterday after Alex let me run off I couldn't fight it because of what was happening, remembering memories I never knew of until I remembered now I'm back, so where have you been living?" he asked. "with my mom in the dragon palace. Still, I call home with you wherever you want to live, wherever you want to live Joshie you are my home, my forever home now and forever I love you," they said, "I love you more, let go back to your moms for now, then we will figure out a plan" he said, "Joshie" they said.
