Ghost Deku AU

TW :⚠️: Suicide , Blood , Angst[???]
[I feel so bad writing this.. I just feel so bad..]

'Kacchan won't miss me.. he is the one that told me to do this.. I will be fulfilling his wish..!'
I looked over the edge of the roof, taking a deep breath. It was a fifty foot drop to the concrete car park, that should be enough. Shivering I stepped onto the ledge, my toes slightly over the edge. I heard a door bang open behind me and a group of voices. They were laughing and talking loudly. I turned around, looking at them. They stopped talking.
"Deku? What the f[]ck are you doing on that ledge?"
Kacchan stood there, looking at me with a quizzical look on his face.
"I.. i- uh- I'm.."
"Deku come down from there you sh[]tty Nerd."
I frowned and shifted my footing.
'No.. Kacchan wouldnt care.. i can tell..'
"Deku? What are you doing? C- come down!"
Kacchan took a step towards me. Out of instinct I stepped backwards..
"Deku?!"
It happened in slow motion.
I fell.. over the edge of the roof.. down the building.. the air rushing past me. A tear slid down my cheek. I heard shouting and a scream of horror and terror.
'At least I won't suffer anymore..'
I closed my eyes before the impact.

'Ngh.. were am I..'
"I'm glad to see your awake deary."
My eyes snapped open. I was in a white room.
"I'm still alive.."
"No deary.. you.. you commited suicide.."
I looked up, seeing a man dressed in all white and a man dressed in all black.
"Then.. I.. died.."
"Yes.. My name is Hikaru my brothers name is Akuma."
I looked between them.
"S- so your Light and he is a Dark.."
Hikaru nodded, unfolding a pair of white wings that I had assumed was a Cape. My mouth opened slightly, in awe of their beauty.
"Can we hurry up with this. I want to home. I hate this quirk.."
I looked at Yami.
"So.. this is your quirk?"
"Yes. Basically our quirk let's departed souls come to us when they are to be sent back to earth as a guardian. We are here to decide on who you are to guard or if you go on to your next life. And normally people are just here because they love someone but do not regret death, so we send them on. It gets rather boring most of the time."
I thought about this in my head.
"So.. I can become a guardian and protect someone on earth.."
"Yes deary. We just need to think of who you are to guard."
"Kacchan.."
Yami looked at me questioningly.
"Who is Kacchan?"
"Oh.. his name is Katsuki Bakugo.. he saw me die.. and.. I.. I'm worried about what he will do to himself.. he- he will blame himself for it.."
I looked at my hand and saw it was covered in blood. It made me feel sick seeing it, and it made it even worse that Kacchan would see me like this.
"Then you shall guard Katsuki."
I looked up at Hikaru. He was smiling.
"You can return here if you need help on anything. Katsuki will not be able to see you but you are able to see, hear and also help him. He will continue life as normal and you will see as if you are normal although you will have powers humans won't have."
"So I'll finally get a quirk!"
Yami nodded, walking towards me. He tapped me on the head and I felt a warm wave wash over me. I looked behind me and saw a pair of soft white wings coming from my back.
"I'm sorry young child but I can't change your appearance.. our quirks cannot change the body."
I nodded, understanding what Yami was saying.
"We will send you back now deary. I hope you are able to protect Katsuki."
"W- wait! I have a question!"
"What is it deary?"
"Will it be the same time I go back to."
"No.. you died four years ago.."
"Oh.. ok."
Hikaru smiled sadly before coming up to me, resting his hand on my shoulder.
"Good luck Deary."

I opened my eyes slowly. I was in a class room. I didn't recognise it at all. Looking around I saw students milling around, talking with others. They were wearing grey, white and green uniform. I spotted Kacchan, he was sitting next to the window, looking out of it at the grounds. I walked up to him, brushing past students as I did so.
"Brr.. its so cold in here.."
"What are you talking about Jiro? It is boiling!"
'Oops.. need to be careful not to touch anyone..'
I flapped my wings slightly. I rose up off the ground, floating a few inches off the ground.
'Cool!'
I landed back on the floor again as the door of the classroom opened.
"Everyone sit down. I'm going to go through a new training plan then we can go to train."
"Yes sensei!"
'Woah! That is ErasureHead! Wait.. does Kacchan go to UA! I'm so happy for him!'
I walked over to Kacchan, sitting myself down on the floor next to his desk. I watched ErasureHead as he taught the lesson, listening intently. After a while he told the class to get into their training clothes and to meet him at the training ground. Everyone got up and I moved out of the way. They all hurried out of the classroom except Kacchan. I looked at him sadly.
'Kacchan.. this is your dream school.. why aren't you happy..'
I walked up to him. He was fiddling with something on his wrist. Looking closer I saw a small bracelet in black and green. My eyes widened.
'He kept it! He still has it!'
I looked at my wrist, seeing the same bracelet in black and orange. On sudden impulse I wrapped my arms around Kacchan, smiling happily. He didn't react but I saw him relax slightly.
'He must be able to feel me.. I'll ask Yami and Hikaru later.'

*Over the next few weeks Izuku stayed by Katsuki's side, looking over him*

I yawned, leaning against Kacchans desk. Aizawa hadn't came into class yet and I was bored. Kacchan was talking to his friends at the front of class, laughing happily. A short while layer Aizawa came in with a small child.
"Take a seat please. Eri will be staying with us today so behave."
I had a weird feeling that Eri was looking at me but I shook it off. I was invisible to everyone. Eri turned to Aizawa and tugged on his sleeve.
"Aizawa-san.. why is one of your students hurt?"
I stood up and walked to the back of the class, huddled against the wall.
"What are you talking about Eri? None of my students are hurt."
"But he is there.. standing at the back of class."
She pointed towards me. The class turned to look at the back of the room, but they saw nothing.
"Eri.. can you show me what your seeing?"
She nodded and closed her eyes before opening them again. They had changed colour to a soft green. Aizawa's had changed aswell and his gaze fell on me. His eyes widened slightly.
"Who are you and why are you here?"
I opened my mouth, unsure of how to answer.
"I- I'm a guardian.. I- i-"
I closed my wings around me tightly, frightened.
"Aizawa-san.. maybe he is protecting a student.. should I show them aswell."
Aizawa nodded and Eri closed her eyes again, opening them to be a dark green. The class all stared at me except for Kacchan who was looking out of the window. One of the girls, Mina, gave out a small cry.
"You.. your so young.. what happened.."
I shook my head, closing my wings around me tighter. Kacchan turned, confused of what was happening. He saw me, a tear falling down his cheek.
"D.. Deku.."
I opened my wings and let them drop to the floor. I smiled slightly.
"Hi Kacchan.."
