The Shattering of a Heart When Being
Broken is the Loudest Quiet EverSamari decided that it was best that they didn't get back together.
The pain was still fresh to her.
Time passed and although Samari had decided not to take her back, she still kept thinking about her from time to time.
Eventually, they drifted apart with no contact.
Despite not taking Zaira back, she still loved her deep down.
Samari may not have realized it then, but she loved everything about her, even the small things she did.
But as she moved on to her own path, she stopped thinking about her. In the end, they went their separate ways.
She would always be on her mind, but she eventually moved on.
Zaira ending up seeing a new girl.
She tried to forget Samari by dating this new girl, but she couldn't. She couldn't get her off of her mind, no matter how hard she tried.
Zaira would often think back to those memories with Samari and remember how she truly loved her back then.
No matter how much she wanted to move on, she was always a part of her heart. But as with life, time went on and life moved forward. Her memories of her still remained, but her path had changed.
She had moved on.
Or at least she tried to.
She soon realized that the girl she was dating only wanted her for one thing, she was only using her. She didn't truly love her in any way, and as soon as she got what she wanted from her, she was gone.
She quickly broke her heart into pieces, and she was left utterly devastated. Her karma had indeed come back to get her.
As she lay there in pain, she remembered those moments with Samari. She wished things would have been different between the two.
Years later, the two both somehow ended up crossing paths again. As Samari looked at Zaira, she couldn't help but recall those memories from all those years ago.
She looked older now, but she still had that same aura of confidence and charisma. She still looked like that same girl she once loved so much.
As they both stared at each other for a moment, Zaira could sense that same longing and sadness in Samari's eyes.
Zaira approached her carefully, still trying to wrap her head around this unexpected reunion.
"Hi Zaira" Samari finally spoke.
Zaira's expression immediately softened as she heard her voice. Even though years had passed, that feeling she had for her remained. She still loved Samari, but she also felt so much regret.
