I get to the restaurant Leah told me to go to. Amerie dropped me off on her way home. I walk in and see her sat at a table, I walk over and sit down. "Hey" she says. I look at her outfit, it was perfect. A suit. "Hey" I say and smile at her "You look beautiful" I tell her "Not so bad yourself" she says and I roll my eyes whilst smiling My head rests on my hand and I stare at her. "How'd I get so lucky?" She asks "You haven't yet, you haven't fully committed to me yet" I say She laughs "not yet anyway"
We order and eat food. She grabs my hand and we leave. "But we haven't paid"I say "I have" she says "You didn't need to pay for me Leah" I say "Yeah I did" she says I smile at her and kiss her "Thanks" I say "Your welcome" she says We walk along the London streets. She takes me to my apartment and I smile as I invite her in. "Tonight was perfect" I say as we sit on the sofa. "It was" she says and I rest my head on her, "I think I'm falling for you" she says. I smile and look up at her "me too" She leans down and kisses me.
We climb into bed after getting changed. My head rests on her chest and she strokes my hair. "If it were up to me I'd marry you right now. I'd start my life with you. We'd go out and buy that piece of land you want, build a cute little house. Have sex, cuddle by the fireplace. Eat breakfast together the next morning. Go to work and rush home just so we can see each other. Eventually have babies and fight over whose parents we're naming them after. Buy our first dog. Celebrate our 10 year anniversary. Get into those bad fight but make up after a day or so. Continue to surprise each other, watch the sunset from out front porch every now and then. Watch our babies grow up and graduate, retire. Meet our grand babies. Hold each other every night and never forget the love that started all this. If it were up to me I'd start that adventure right now" she says
"I'd love to start that adventure right now. Buttt, we aren't even together yet. And I wanna be with you, but I feel like we need some more time. I mean come on I adore you, but we've known each other for a week" I say "I still don't know you inside out" I say "Yeah you do" she says with a smirk "Not literally, I mean who your friends with. Who you are behind the cracks, who your family are" I say "Well actually, one of my mates alessia has just joined arsenal and Beth was thinking we should throw her a party. Beth said that I needed to bring the girl that made me so happy, so I guess you could come and meet them" she says I smile and say "I'll just do some research on them, just so I know the basics" She laughs and I say "what! I might need to" "Plus when I search you up, your pretty fit so I don't even need to be around you" I say "Of course" she says and wraps her arms around me.
"Are you cold!" She asks "No, London is boiling compared to Sunderland" I say She laughs and I say "for you, going up there you'll actually think it's like the arctic" "Haha, very funny" she says sarcastically "I'm being serious" I say
A couple days pass and me and Leah are non stop talking, even though she hadn't slept round we saw each other as Dani was still in the hospice and she keeps surprising me. "Sorry do you actually have a house?" I ask her as I get into her car to go to alessias party, she was talking about ages ago. "Course I do silly" she says. "So why have I never been?" I ask "It's complicated" she says "Tell me then" I say "Well my ex sorta lives with me" she explains "And I had a girl come over before and she was awful to them" Leah says "Well then tell her to move out, why should she have to stay with you?" I ask "Because she also plays for arsenal" Leah says "So? Surely she has money" I say "She does but" she says and hesitates "But?" I question "I can't let her move out because I'm still friends with her" Leah says "Yeah but what if I want to go to yours we can't because she's there. That's not fair Leah!" I say starting to get annoyed "Don't get annoyed at me" she says "It's your house? Who else should I be annoyed at?" I ask "Just, leave it" she says "Why, so you get to show me off to all your mates. You know what fuck this" I say and get out the car and walk into my apartment.
