Chapter 2: Welcome to the Circus

After their Kaufmo's funeral, they started showing you around the place in the circus. "Well, Y/N, since Caine said that you've belonged here, I think it's better to show you around the place." Ragatha said, "Okay, but...earlier about your clown friend, Kaufmo, was it? What really happened to him?" You asked, "Oh...um, he got abstracted." "Abstracted?" "It's like you've become obsessed with something or making you lose your mind." Kinger said, "And for Kaufmo, he was crazy about looking for the exit of this place-" "There's a way to leave here?" You questioned, sounding hopeful. "No."

You groaned from annoyance as you face planted on the floor. "I-I know how you feel." Pomni said, "Oh, come on, this place isn't so bad. Come on." Ragatha said as she grabbed her arm and dragged you. "This is just great! I've got some Magical powers, can't remember anything but my name, got sent to a Candy World and under the map, realizing that my friends are NPCs, lost that Gummy Gator, in some sort of circus situation and now, THIS?! Then, you guys went down a hallway that has many doors that have their faces on them but you didn't recognize some of them and they all have a red X over them. "What the-" "Okay, your room should be right...here." Ragatha pointed at a door that has your face on it. "Oh, that's not so-" You also noticed that it was next to Jax's room. "Great...out of all the people I have to be next door with." You groaned, annoyed. "Don't worry, at least you'll be next to Pomni." Ragatha said, gesturing at her door next to yours. "I guess you're right. Just as long as the combination of Cartoonish Bendy and Bonnie mix doesn't get in my way." You said,

"..W-Who?" Pomni asked, "To be honest, I don't even know who or what they are. They just came into my head randomly." You said, "..." "Okay, well, I'll let you settle in your room and check up on you later." Ragatha said as she, Pomni and Zooble walked down the hallway while you looked at them, then at your door. You open the door to reveal a room with F/C and S/F/C cards on the walls along with some large top-hats at each corner of the room, some toys and almost anything dedicated to magic tricks or spells. "Okay, this isn't what I wasn't expecting but it'll do." You said as you looked around and sat down on the bed, then took off your hat.

You laid down, letting out a small sigh as you closed your eyes but that's when you heard a door knocking on the door. You grabbed your wand, waved it to teleport yourself outside of your room to meet Gangle by the door, holding a present in her ribbon hands. You tapped her on the shoulder but it also scared her in the process as she shrieked. "Y-Y/N?! B-But weren't you in your-" You showed her your wand. "Oh, r-right. I, uh...I just wanna say 'thank you' again for fixing my mask again back at Canyon Candy Kingdom and I-I got you."

She gives you a picture frame and when you look at it, it is a very detailed drawing of you. "Oh, wow, Gangle! This is amazing!" You exclaimed from surprise. "R-Really?" "Yeah, I love it! Thank you!" "O-Oh! Y-You're welcome!" "Aww..." You both looked up and saw Jax by his door. "A little home-welcoming gift. BORING." He said, "Says the one who tried using violence for almost everything." You said, crossing your arms. "It's more fun that way. At least, I tried to have fun." He said, "You almost caused the fudge monster to eat up the kingdom and the people there!" You exclaimed, "And your point exactly?" He said,

"This is how I felt when I met you." You said, you pointed your wand at him. "Oh, gonna do a little magic trick that's gonna send me hopping away? That's real-" But suddenly, a gush of water came out from the tip of the wand and sent Jax flying across the hallway, it made him crash into the wall. "Hey, what was that?" Zooble asked, coming out from the corner but stopped when she saw Jax in current state and tried her best not to snicker right now while Gangle looked surprised. "Yeah, yeah! Laugh it up, everybody! Laugh it up for the Magician and [almost slips]...their magic!" Jax exclaimed, annoyed while trying to get up.
