A Winged Angel

A winged angel born

Unsupported, she grown

So far, not get sentenced

Look down, speaking not allowed

Where is dupatta?

Always, frustratedly, she heard

Saw her dreams becoming ashes

Looks like lemurs eyes, a new fear, was unlocked,

Standing in the bus, a palm pressing her breasts, she questioned;

Don't create a scene, "public exclaimed"

Came home, cried & told

Happens, be forgetful, "she learnt"

Feet were not cuffed, to go to his room

Emotions like burning coal,

Having salt only, not even soil

Nevertheless, she was still the same

Wondering for life. Waiting for death, every now & then.
