"I know I said there were no vampires but-" Buffy was cut off mid sentence as a vampire launched itself onto her from behind.

Taking a flying leap she pushed it off and plunged a stake through its heart.

"I think I might've been wrong,"

Iris glared daggers at her from where she was struggling to stake her own vampire.

"You don't say,"

Buffy winced and dashed forward to help, while Angel leapt down from the mausoleum he'd been fighting on.

"That all of them?" he asked, panting slightly.

"Nope," Buffy exclaimed, kicking a vampire away from her.

"You know, I'm really annoyed," she said to the vampire.

"Like. Everyone seems to think. That I'm just another Slayer. Just another one of the million. But I'm not. I'm the Chosen One. I died. Twice. Does that mean nothing anymore?" she spat, throwing punches and high kicks with every punctuation mark.

The vampire stared at her, confused.

"Sucks to be you?" he offered and Buffy sighed, staking him.

"You guys used to have good advice,"

Angel cleared his throat with a raised eyebrow and she shrugged it off.

"Not you. Your advice is...fine,"

"Just fine?"

"Don't get too sure of yourself. We all know how that ends," Buffy joked and he laughed quietly.

Iris was listening to them but barely as she watched the last vampire in the cemetery snake its way through the headstones, waiting to pounce.

"Come out, come out little...um, undead thing," she muttered under her breath, slowly approaching it from behind.

And, now!

The vampire began hightailing it across the graveyard and Iris followed in quick pursuit, desperate to prove to Buffy and Angel that she was strong enough to be a Slayer, even without the superpowers.

Latching onto its leather jacket, she yanked the vampire backwards sending both of them flying into the wall of a crypt.

The vampire shifted itself so that it was on top of Iris who was looking more damsel in distress than strong female lead.

"Um, Buffy?" she called and both Buffy and Angel whipped around, rushing towards her.

"Iris!" Buffy exclaimed, the two of them pulling the vampire off of her.

It growled, baring its sharp teeth at them.

"The Slayer will come for you, you silly little amateurs,"

Buffy paused.

"The Slayer? Who the hell do you think I am? Buffy Summers, Chosen One,"

The vampire scrunched up its face.

"Not you, old lady. Everyone's over you and all your prophecies. That was boring a decade ago,"

Buffy gasped slightly, offended before harshly stabbing the stake through the vamp.

"Old lady?" she exclaimed.

"Now you know how it feels," Angel grumbled and Iris raised an eyebrow.

"Oh of course, because people call you old lady all the time. I'm sure you can really relate," she said with a grin and he sighed.

"See, why did I agree to come with you in the first place? I always get bullied every time I go somewhere with you two,"
