I watch as Shivanya fall asleep, her head on my shoulder. The day's exhaustion has worn her off.
She tried so hard to watch the movie with me till the end but she couldn't keep her eyes open.
I switch off the TV and carry her to bed, she doesn't even stir for a moment. I admit these days the PR workload is a lot to take upon.
She's so nice to people that sometimes they pile their workload on her. I have to have a word with their team.
I watch as my girl sleeps. Her mouth slightly parted and her chest rises and falls in an even rhythm. This girl simply has no idea how much of a pull she has on me. I could do anything for her if she asks me.
I think about the girl once I loved so much and lost. I didn't want to fall into that abyss again. That's why I have kept my distance from people all these years. Attachments makes people weak but I am afraid that I am too far gone this time with my Sunshine.
