Hey guys,

So the last chapter didn't meet the target but still as I promised I am posting this one because I don't want to disappoint the ones who voted and commented.

Is the story not good? I am seriously considering my decision to continue posting after the last chapter.

If looks could kill I would be six feet under the ground. Mrs.Rajputh is striding fast towards Ahana who looks like a deer caught in headlights.

"What did I say?!" She shouts at her. Ahana flinches back in fear. Terror taking over her easygoing features at her mother's appearance.

"What did I tell you Ahana? Did I not tell you to stay away from these people?" She points an accusing finger at us.

Vihaan's father is standing watching us with a hard stare.

"Ma. Bhai and I-" She starts to say but Mrs.Rajputh doesn't let her to continue. She digs her fingers into her elbows and drags her towards the car.

"I'll deal with you at home." She says dragging a struggling Ahana in a bruising grip.

"If you even lay a hand on her, you would have to deal with me Ma." Vihaan's voice booms in the empty parking.

She turns towards him furiously "What can you do?" She asks him, her stare condescending.

"You'll get a notice from the court about her custody." Vihaan says his jaw tightening.

"You'll do no such thing!" She says horrified at his threat.

Ahana looks at her brother bewildered by his suggestion. Something like hope blossoms in her curious stare.

"I can. I am her brother." He says resolutely.

I am so proud that Ahana has someone who'll protect her no matter what. Even if it's from her own parents.

"Yes. Ahana will always have a place with us." I say to her soothingly.

Because I have been in her shoes and it's not a nice place. Mrs.Rajputh can be very intolerable.

"Don't you dare speak to me girl! Know your place!" She says to me and turns to Vihaan, "You have always been a disappointment. You humiliated your family name by marrying a girl beneath you. Your faces are plastered all over the Internet about your little family gathering today." She says disgust written all over her face.

So that's how she knows that we are here.

"I thought you'd grow to be a better Rajputh and be responsible. But clearly we saved the wrong twin." She seethes and Vihaan goes rigid behind me.
