"You must be joking-?" Hannah's face wrinkled up in disgust as she impatiently tapped her fingers on the wooden table in front of her.

The girl was seated in a lavished leather chair positioned in front of her father's desk in his office, as she waited for a response from him. Mr Togami glares at his daughter and lets out a deflated sigh. "No Hannah. I'm being serious." he says sternly. "You will be attending this school and that's final."

"But-!"

"No buts! My decision is final. You're going to school." There was a brief talk about the possibility of transferring Hannah to a public school, but Hannah never really took it seriously. She couldn't fathom her father actually going through with such a decision. She would've never have thought that he would do such a cruel thing to her.

"You start tomorrow so I suggest you get your things ready."

"You can't be serious? Please. Please tell me you're not actually doing this!" she pleads, collapsing onto her knees and looking up at the man. Her hands clasped tightly together in a praying gesture. "It's for your own good, Hannah. If you're going to take over the Togami Clan one day then you need to learn how to socialise." Mr Togami speaks, his tone filled with wisdom.

Hannah climbs back into her chair and groans in disbelief. "I am more than capable of socialising. I-... just don't see why it's necessary!" she mutters, crossing her arms clearly displeased with her father's reasoning for why she's moving to a public education.

"And that's exactly why I'm transferring you to a public school. So you can learn how to enjoy socialising with other people" he says, "It'll be fun. You might even make some new friends?"

"I don't care! I'm not going."

Mr Togami sighs heavily, as he clutches the temple on his head. Hannah continues to protest but her father's decision was final. She was going to a public school. A school crawling with poor lousy commoners, infested with all different kinds of diseases. Hannah couldn't bear the thought of having to sit in a stuffy, claustrophobic classroom with all those dirty, boorish children suffocating her. Just the idea of it made her crawl in her skin.

"I would never subject myself to such a low-class environment. Public schools are just breeding grounds for troublemaker's delinquents! My education is far more important to be tainted by their presence." She continues to prattle on about the horrors of public schools, completely oblivious to the reality that many students thrive in such environments.

Mr Togami holds the bridge of his nose and exhales sharply, irritated by his daughter's rebellious and disobedient attitudes towards him. He moves his paperwork to a side and stares down at his sullen daughter, who was immaturely kicking his desk.

He clears his throat, deliberately catching Hannah's attention. "You know, Mr Kuzuryu's son will also be attending school with you tomorrow." Hannah's breath gets caught in her throat as she chokes at her father's words. Her eyebrows knitting together as a puzzled expression starts to form on her face. "Mr Kuzuryu's son?" she questions, "I didn't realise that Mr Kuzuryu had a son?"

Mr Togami nods his head. "Yes. His name is Fuyuhiko, he's around your age."

Hannah frowns at this hidden information. "How come I've never met this Fuyuhiko person? I thought you and Mr Kuzuryu were close?" Mr Togami nods again. "We are close. Very close. As close as business partners can be. But we decided that we didn't want the two of you to meet through business, so we kept you separated."

She slouches back into her chair and crosses her arms. "Whatever. I don't care." she dismisses, rolling her eyes. "Besides, if he's anything like the other Kuzuryus then I want nothing to do with him." Hannah complains, receiving another sigh from her father.

"They're all stuck-up pieces of shit!"

Mr Togami rises from his chair and walks around the desk, turning his back to Hannah whose eyes eagerly followed him round the room.

"I'm not asking you to be friends with him. I just want you to get along, that's all. Don't disrupt the balance between the clans. I'm sure you can do that." he says before opening the door to his office and walking out. Leaving Hannah alone with her thoughts.

who was Fuyuhiko Kuzuryu?
