Days of Monotonous School Life passed

And Jaune continues to see more and more issues in the Kingdom

The school had discrimination as he saw a Bunny Faunus being harassed by some students

He just shakes his head, they should be united not divided

The Grimm don't care what you are, your dead regardless when faced with a Grimm

Human or Faunus, food is good to them

Crime was in an all time high and this was going on before an important event was scheduled to take place, if anything should happen it would be an inter Kingdom Incident

Team JNPR was taking a break in Vale

He looks around to see so many tourists, exchange students and citizens roaming around checking out the sights

Nora: Renny look a Pancake Store!!!!

She drags him off to buy a fuck ton of pancakes

Jaune: well there goes those two.

Pyrrha: how's about we take a look around town.

Jaune: might as well, lot's of things to see and learn.

Pyrrha thought of it's kind of like a date but Jaune was info gathering once again with the so called cultures of the 4 Kingdoms and thanks to the Festival, he'll have an abundance of reference material to report on

The pair came across an arguing Weiss and Blake with Ruby hopelessly trying to stop it with Yang trying to calm everyone down

It ended with Blake stomping off

Jaune: looks like Schnee just pissed off another teammate.

Pyrrha: that's a little harsh, don't you think Jaune?

Jaune: not harsh enough, in Boot Camp we were trained to respect the chain of command. Even if our leader might be a dumbass we must still respect his position. But when the time comes where his or her decision will end up costing the army there are contingencies to supersede the chain of command.

Only if the evidence that they are either mentally or emotionally compromised.

Weiss has done nothing but reprimand, undermine and overstep her boundaries towards Ruby.

Pyrrha: I see.....Military training is sure different from Huntsmen training.

Jaune: in all Honesty the Defense of the People should be in the hands of highly trained and highly disciplined army personnel no loose cannon Huntsmen and Huntresses.

Pyrrha: even so, the Amity Treaty disbanded the notion of armies.

Jaune: and Atlas?

Pyrrha: it's complicated.

Jaune: then Uncomplicate it. I hate that excuse.

Pyrrha: I'm sorry.

June sighs as the two finished up their tour and went back to Beacon and met with Ren and Nora there with a collection of pancake mixes for the days to come

They all hit the sack for the night not knowing a problem is in it's way

The Next Day

They heard a commotion next door and found out Blake was missing

With Blake gone that caused Jaune to be on guard

Did she leave as she got what she wanted?

Well since he is a spy he can understand but she is on the wrong side and she needs to be dealt with before it's too late

After hearing reports about latest Dust thefts going around, usually on Torchwick's rap sheet, he asked for permission to act

And it was approved but the do not expose the Federation orders still stand

He had to remove his Liberator from his loadout as it bore the skull insignia of the Helldivers

So he went with the Peacemaker pistol alone as the saying goes "Hold my Secondary"

He scouted our multiple dust stores to see where the next target could be

But all that changed when he crossed the port as he heard sailors and port men talk about a massive shipment of Dust coming in by the S.D.C

That Company sure did put a bad taste in Jaune's mouth as he heard of the miners being 2nd class citizens

As the Miners of the Federation are given Healthcare and Life Insurance and scholarships to help those who lacked the knowledge

His grandfather was a Miner turned Helldiver and his father before him and now him

He went to the port and had a stakeout it took him a couple of days but his snipe training did its job as he did the best impression of a statue staring at the port for any signs of suspicious activity

He was so still he was mistaken for a gargoyle

After a while he saw multiple bullheads arrive but the crew that came out was what he feared

Multiple squads of White Fang extremists as they began hauling the dust into their ships

Jaune called it in and he was given the green light to engage, cocking the Peacemaker he started to move in until he heard a voice

Roman: were burning sunshine you dogs! Get it moving.

He now has eyes in a HVT

Then something unexpected happened

Blake jumped down and tried to put a stop to them as Roman simply laughs and ordered the Grunts to kill her

That threw Jaune's suspicions out of the window as why would they want to kill her? The only reason for that is she's a traitor

And that confirms it as Blake took down multiple grunts in an attempt to take down Roman

He then decided to charge in guns blazing

Jaune: have a taste of Freedom!!!

He took down a few in quick succession quickly reloading

With the small ammo size of the side arm Jaune opted to bring along a Supply Pack to replenish his rapidly depleting pistol ammo

Blake was surprised to see Jaune there

As he pistol whipped a grunt in the face and fired on the closest attackers

Jaune noticed the enemy were still in the process of looting he took a shot at the containers inside the bullhead causing an explosion

With it the authorities prepared to respond

Now with one of their transports down Roman ordered for the rest to leave until a shot went past his feet

They looked up to a nearby rooftop to see a familiar red riding hood

Roman: hey red isn't it past yuur bed time.

Then another person joined in as Ruby was distracted and Roman took that opening to pounce

As he shot an explosive round at Ruby knocking her back

That caused Penny to go into attack mode as she tore apart the remaining bullheads with her laser shooting swords

Roman: these kids keeps getting weirder and weirder.

Then someone taps his shoulder as he looks to see the butt of a pistol crashing into his nose

When he was knocked out Jaune saw Ruby recovers and joins the fight alongside this new girl

He took that as the signal to leave before any Vale authorities arrive

He holstered his peacemaker and leaves the scene taking on a low profile

That day Roman and a good number of White Fang terrorists were arrested
