After a tremendous amount of effort the Federation was able to systematically wipe out the Bugs that were able to spawn on Remnant

It took an agonizing half a month to deal with

With the small amount of villages made it was easy for the divers to clear the area, they didn't need to be careful where they drop a 500kg

The problem was that the Orbital defenses are still being built and they don't know when the next Bug Meteor will come

So a few Destroyers were deployed beyond the limits of Remnant to stand guard over the system

It will at least buy the Engineers time to properly build a Defensive Network of Asteroid Defense Orbital Platforms

The Helldivers were tasked to reduce the number of those who endanger Democracy ie. Criminals for one

Passing villages like Higanbana gave them news of numerous Bandit Tribes constantly harassing villages for resources

After taking down a few of the tribes the rest became aware and decided to put aside their differences against a common foe

They decided to rally to the Branwen Banner and Raven welcomed the added muscle as long as they were strong

Location Branwen Tribe Camp

It was seen through a pair of binoculars

Neptune: hmmmm they seem more coordinated than the rest of the Tribes we dealt with.

He noticed Cardin loading his Senator Revolver

Jaune: Sergeant Major, why don't you grab a Liberator?

Cardin: by the time we're fighting there'll be plenty of them on the ground sir.

Sun: that's morbid.

Cardin: War is Morbid.

Jaune: any signs on their leader?

Neptune: hold on...

He scans around the camp until he comes across a woman with long and wild black hair

Jaune knew she was Yang Xiao Long's Biological Mother and as in the sign of good faith he'll just throw her at Ozpin's face

She is 'his' mess and he needs to clean it up himself

Sun grabbed the Binoculars

Sun: I see some of them trying to set up ambush positions.

Neptune: I can't get accurate numbers from here. The camp may be larger than what we know.

Cardin: what's the orders sir?

Jaune: capture the leader, kill the rest.

Cardin: understood, you heard the man move out!

The Divers came out of the woodwork and took down the outer perimeter

Cardin threw a Thermite Grenade that stuck to the gates

It burned through the locks and exploded the doors off it's hinges

Raven: what the hell is going on!?

Vernal: everyone to arms!

The Bandits then grabbed their weapons and fought for their lives and rushed through the door

Aura was a bitch plot armor as they were able to shrug off their weapons

Then it started to become a problem as the remains of the tribes they wiped out joined in and came out from all over the forest
