Ozpin called team RWBY in and especially Blake after the disaster on the freeway

And once again Jaune evaded detection as Blake didn't know who was the one under the helmet

Jaune had to ditch the Autocannon as the Pelican had to go in during the cover of darkness to retrieve the pod and the weapon and backpack

It seems like Vale or any other Kingdom can't pick up the Pelican's signature

1 the fuel was not dust as the Federation discovered a different fuel source in Remnant in the form of Fossil Fuel

2 the materials the Pelican was made of were not something Remnant has ever known as the Federation introduced new composite materials for their military hardware

3 the Pelican was streamlined in a way it doesn't come off as an unregistered bullhead

Jaune bumped into the last person he wanted to mince words with

Blake: so....we finally get some time to talk.

Jaune: I have nothing to say to you.

Blake: why didn't you expose me when you were there in the Docks.

Jaune: it was none of my business what a former Fang does with their life.

As long as you are not a threat to the general public I won't raise a hand towards you.

But then the Highway incident happened.

Blake: that was an accident.

Jaune: I heard from some people you led Roman through the streets.

If someone got killed, Oum forbid my family was on that Street. I'll make sure you won't have anywhere else to hide and start again.

Blake:......I didn't mean to hurt anybody...

Jaune: no one ever does Blake that's the problem.

The fact that I heard from the news that a lot of people were hurt and thanks to the first responders they were even able to save some who were critically wounded was a miracle.

At least you don't have someone's life over your head.

Be thankful for that.

Blake: I'm trying to change.....

Jaune: then start by not getting innocent people in harm's way.

He then bumped her shoulder as he passed her

She looks down in remorse

After that Jaune ran into Ozpin of all people

Ozpin: oh Mister Arc, how have you been fairing as a leader?

Jaune: nothing much of late. The days are slow.

Ozpin: then make sure to be ready for the festival. A lot of people are bringing their A-game.

Jaune: I'll make a note on it sir.

He then leaves the headmaster who looked at his back as he walks away

Ozpin: ( could it be him? )

After Ruby's reports on the Helldiver the Headmaster began background checking the students

As an unknown Vigilante was now roaming around Vale

When he did role call and went to team JNPR's dorm Jaune was mysteriously missing

And Pyrrha told him, he was away on an emergency

Ozpin: ( Miss Rose's description was a gruff and grizzly voice.
