Hello and welcome to '#FreakshowFriday'! This is the sequel to my ONC-winning (fourth place!) story '#WitchcraftWednesday', which has been one of my favourite tales to write so far. I don't typically do sequels, but this idea simply wouldn't leave me alone and I'm excited to share it with you all. I can't wait to dive back into these characters and their misadventures; hopefully, you feel the same!

What can you expect from #FreakshowFriday?

~Supernatural shenanigans like you wouldn't believe.
~Disaster humans being absolute trainwrecks in the most chaotic ways imaginable.
~Friends to lovers, idiots to lovers? Fuck it, we can have both.
~Probably a lot of bad jokes, but also a good bunch of feels to balance it all out.

That sound fun? Nice! Then let me get right into my housekeeping notes.

1. This is a sequel and, generally speaking, it isn't meant to be read as a standalone. You can try, of course; I won't stop you. Just know that if you do, I don't want you to come crying to me when you're confused.

2. That said, this is a sequel to the novel version of #WW rather than the novella one. Though anyone who only read the novella version should be able to read this just fine (the ending didn't change), the novel version contains four new chapters (17-20) describing events that I time-skipped in the original novella. Of course I think they're worth reading, so I recommend going back and checking them out :) But if you don't feel like that, just keep in mind that there will be the occasional reference to events only detailed in the novel version that may be slightly strange and/or confusing. A simple warning for your convenience.

3. That said, #WitchcraftWednesday is a novella that became a (short) novel. This sequel was designed to be a novel from the start. The pace, therefore, will be a little less fast in this book (though still fast enough to make for an awesome story, or so I hope!)

4. Finally, some places and lore I worked with in this book are very real, while others are entirely fictional. If you're ever curious as to what's based in reality and what I made up, don't hesitate to ask.

With all that out of the way, let's start the story!

(Oh, and consider the immediate free crash course on necromancy a little welcome gift ^^)
