Matt and Vicky sat together, alongside the rest of her team members, as they waited nervously for some kind of news.

They hadn't been getting any sort of signal for a long time, and they were all starting to worry.

As they sat there, Matt leaned his head against Vicky's shoulders, his eyes closed as he tried to take an uncomfortable nap.

She smiled softly and gently brushed her fingers through his hair.

"You all right?" Matt's voice broke her out of her thoughts.

Vicky's eyes were filled with worry as she looked around the room, her head nodding slightly.

She couldn't shake the feeling that something was wrong, that her family might get attacked or ambushed while traveling.

Their journey was so long and dangerous, and there was always the risk of them coming across WCKD forces.

"I have a bad feeling," she whispered, her tone soft and tentative.

Matt nodded softly, his eyes flickering with concern as he watched her. He reached for her hand, his fingers interlocking with hers.

"Don't worry." He said softly and gently. "They're fine. Your family has some of the best fighters with them. They'll be safe."

Vivian stood on the dirt-covered ground, her bow and arrow drawn, the snow sparkling under the moonlight.

She was surrounded by other fighters, all with weapons drawn, prepared to defend themselves against the ambush.

She held her arrow tightly in her hand, her eyes focused on the enemy that was quickly approaching them.

Her arrow was pointed straight toward the oncoming enemy, her breath fogging in the chilly air.

In the distance, the headlights of a car could be seen. The sun reflected the light, making the whole landscape seem brighter and more cheerful, despite the blood and carnage that surrounded them.
