Rameez was in his cabin, engrossed in work. He have to get them done as soon as possible. He owns a chain of 4 star hotels. And being the only head means tons of work.
He was busy in his laptop when someone knocked.
" Come in." Rameez said without looking up.
" Please keep it here." He gestured towards the majestic table where he was working.
" Thank you and you can leave." Rameez said when the person didn't left.
" What is-" Rameez looked up to see the person standing there.
" Haider! Sit down man." Rameez rolled his eyes.
" Aapne bola hi nhi baithhne ko." Haider shrugged sitting on a chair.
" Toh tumne btaya k tum ho?" Rameez asked picking up the intercom.
" I asked for a coffee, make it two and quick." Giving orders he looked back at Haider.
" Yahan kaise aana hua? Maine toh suna you left for some work." Rameez asked.
" Hnn kuch clients se milna tha. Hogya kaam, ab aapse kuch kaam h." Haider said.
Knock knock
" Come in." Rameez said when a staff entered with two mugs of coffee.
" Thank you." Rameez nodded and the staff left.
" Aapne coffee mangayi hai? You are a chai person." Haider asked.
" More like a chai addict. Isiliye coffee mangata hun k ek me sabr aa jaye, warna chai toh rukegi nhi." Rameez shook his head passing a mug to Haider.
" TRUE." Haider laughed.
" Tumhe kya kaam tha?" Rameez asked.
" Can I go to pick Sarah? She is done now." Haider asked.
" She didn't call me." Rameez frowned checking his phone.
" Yeah actually she was talking to me toh mujhse hi keh diya to inform you." Haider said.
" Are you free to go?" Rameez asked.
" Absolutely." Haider nodded.
" Okay then, kyunki I'm a little busy or driver bhi nhi h." Rameez sighed.
" One more thing bhai." Haider added.
" Haan?" Rameez looked at him.
" Can we go for a long drive? Ghar pe bore hi honge and she too will enjoy." Haider asked.
" If she is fine with it then go. But I want you two home before it gets dark!" Rameez said.
" Pakkaaa!! Thank You." Haider stood up emptying the mug in one last sip but before he could leave Rameez stopped him.
" Haider waittt!" Haider turned back.
" Make sure she eats well. Bhook lgi hogi, kahegi nhi ekdm cranky rahegi! So first give her some food!" Rameez said.
" Okayyy!! Byeee." Haider nodded and rushed outside.
Shaking his head at these grown-up kids Rameez indulged back in his work. It's gonna be a long day, he just knew it.
