Sarah woke up in the middle of night. Looking at the time she realised it has already been 3 hours. She thought to call Rameez and enquire about the update but then did against it. She decided to check on Hoorain once. Discarding her comforter away, she grabbed her dupatta and went downstairs. Before she could open the door, she heard hushed whispers inside.
" And the princess fought her battles bravely and strongly."
" Did she won?"
" Yes, she had to win. Because she stood with the truth, while everyone was spreading the lies, the princess chased the truth and fought for it. She won, and she became the Queen!"
" Queen? But she didn't have a King baba."
" A King doesn't make a Queen baby. What makes a true Queen is her strong will, her kindness, her intellect and her brave compassionate heart which beats for her people, and her strong sharp mind which thinks for their betterment."
" I want to be a Queen too. But- I don't have a kingdom."
" A Queen doesn't need a kingdom. You are still surrounded with soo many people, all you need to do is being caring, compassionate, loving, respectful and loyal to everyone around you. And then you will be a QUEEN!"
Sarah smiled softly hearing the story. Few days back, Haider was telling her about all the cons of being selfless and today here he is, teaching his neice how to be selfless and giving.
" What's going on here?" Sarah pushed the door open.
" Bui?? You here??" Inayat jumped out of Haider's lap.
" Careful." Haider said.
" Yes little baby. Where else will I be??" Sarah asked taking her in her arms.
" At your home. When did you came to London?" Inayat asked innocently.
" No no Inayat. We aren't in London. We are back to home. Bui's home?" Haider said.
" Reallyy??" Inayat squeeled excitedly.
" Yes." Sarah smiled at her.
" Where's dadi dadu then?? And papa?" Inayat asked.
Sarah looked at Haider who sighed taking Inayat in his arms.
" Baby, dadu is unwell. So Papa and dadi are with him, at the hospital." Haider told her.
" What happened to dadu?" Inayat asked.
" He was just not feeling well. So we took him to the hospital. You pray for him, okay?" Haider asked and Inayat instantly bobbed her head in yes.
" Fuffi bhi gyi hospital? Any update?" Sarah asked.
" Not yet. Mummy was worried toh Zafar ke saath chli gyi." Haider said.
" Ohh." Sarah nodded.
" Why are you here Sarah? All okay?" Haider asked.
" Yeah, I just came to check up on her." Sarah said.
" You can go back. But will you be fine alone or even better I'll take Inayat upstairs." Haider said.
" Baba, bathwoom." Inayat looked at Haider.
