I woke up and went to Toothless to strap everything in as if we had to run away, but before that we went on a 2 hour flight during which I tried to think positively that I would be able to convince everyone that dragons are wonderful reptiles, never mind, after the flight I strapped Toothless to the saddle everything and I reminded him of the plan and then I went to the dragon arena to "discuss" the last details.
Of course, while walking to the arena, I had to run into the wonderful (sense the sarcasm) Snotlout and his gang.
- I'm just saying today, I don't feel like listening to your bullshit, you idiot - I said without thinking, but I really don't have the strength for it today, considering that I might be without a home today, but who cares?
- you see, I really want to punch you - he said and I snorted, nothing new.
- well, just accept that it won't happen today - I snapped back and tried to avoid them, but suddenly the twins jumped at me with a net, of course they didn't manage to throw the net on me, what idiots they really are.

Without paying any attention to it, I went to the arena and entered the dragons and explained everything once again and checked if the knuckles were loosened properly. After doing this, I left the arena, luckily no one noticed me, I went home to check if I had taken everything. . When I was sure I had everything, I went to the forge and met Gobber there.
"Hello, Gobber," I said, and he turned around and smiled
- hello, young one, how do you feel about killing your first dragon? - he asked, deep down I wanted to tell him that I wouldn't kill the dragon, but somehow I couldn't
- I'm a little stressed... maybe a little bit stressed - I said, not looking him in the eye
- come on, stop it, I'm sure you'll make it, but let's go, it'll start soon - said the boor
We went to the arena, while I was waiting to enter I heard my father's speech that he was proud, it's cool that it happened really quickly now.
Then I entered the arena, but I bypassed the gun rack and stood calmly in the middle. Of course, everyone looked at it skeptically, but what do they care about me?
After a second, they let in the dragon, the nightmare of the helper - Hookfang, he walked along the chains and stopped in the middle of the arena, looking at me and waiting for my move.
- People of Berk - I started, the Vikings were surprised that the dragon was standing calmly and waiting - no dragon will die today
- what are you doing - said my father
- shut up and listen - I growled and everyone was surprised - as I said, no dragon will die today, they are not aggressive, we are forcing them to do all this
- stop fighting - father hit the hammer, the dragon was a little moved by the noise but stayed in place, the Vikings started jumping into the arena, and I signaled the dragons to come out, they made a circle protecting me, which surprised the Vikings
- They won't hurt you unless you start attacking - I said
After a while, they started attacking and I signaled the wind to give a signal to Toothless.
Seeing that one Viking was flying straight at the dragon with a weapon, I threw a dagger at him, the dagger hit his hand, disarming him, then I threw several daggers at the rest, defending the dragons, I hit each of them in their hands, disarming them. Everyone was surprised, and then terrified, because of the whistling of the night fury. Toothless shot his plasma and made a hole through which we could escape, creating smoke in the process, when the smoke cleared everyone could see me sitting on the Night Fury's back
"Hiccup, what are you doing, get off this beast now," my father said
- it's not a beast, it's Toothless
- you called this demon, how could you betray your people - he started - you are not a Viking and you are not my son
Tears were forming in my eyes but I held them back
- and whenever I was one - I said with venom in my voice, there's nothing for us here - I signaled the dragons to fly out, they did, and I followed them, we flew away, and no Viking from Berk saw us again
