Rise of Scar: MISSION FAILED

Janja's Plan

In the Outlands, two hyenas, Chungu and Cheezi, drag Kiara towards the volcano.

Kiara (struggles and yells): How dare you kidnap me! Kion and my father won't let you get away with this! (bites Cheezi's paws)

Cheezi screams and let go of Kiara. Kiara is about to escape but Janja blocks her way.

Janja (grins): Easy here, princess. I know Kion and Simba are pretty powerful in the Pridelands. But this is the Outlands, OUR territory. Don't even think about running away!

The hyenas take Kiara to the volcano and wait for Kion to show up. One of the hyenas bring bakora staff to Ushari, who sits on the top of the volcano and studies the red lava.

Meanwhile, Kion assembles all the Guards and meet with Makini. Kiara was kidnapped while she was talking to Makini (before she set off for hunting practice). Makini tells the Guards that her bakora staff was robbed by the hyenas when they were abducting Kiara.

Kion: Hevi kabisa! Balozi was right! They indeed have a plan to bring back Scar! They must want to use that bakora staff to communicate with him.

Fuli (is shocked) : Bring...bring back Scar? How do they know the method to do so? (figures it out quickly) Did someone spy on us while Rafiki's talking?

Makini: Oh no, I shouldn't have asked Rafiki this question!

Kion: No Makini, it's not your fault. Balozi has told me everything. Ushari's the culprit.

Bunga: What? (rubs his fists) Don't worry Kion, I can take care of that snake!

Kion: Listen everyone, I must not use my roar with rage when we reach the volcano, 'cause if I do, I will summon Scar. Please remind me if I am getting too heated up.

Fuli: You have us, Kion. We won't let you fall into the hyenas' trap!

Twenty minutes later they enter the Outlands and reach the bottom of the volcano. The whole place is surprisingly quiet. No hyena is spotted.

Kion (yells): Janja, hyenas, where are you? Where is my sister?

Janja (shows up): Hey Kion, long time no see. Do you enjoy the views in the Outlands?

Kion: Janja, I don't have time for this. Give us back my sister!

Janja (laughs): Why such hurry? Don't you want to stay here for a bit longer?

At this moment, Kiara runs down from a slope. Chungu and Cheezi follow her closely and manage to catch her before she even gets past Janja.

Kiara (struggles): Kion, I am here! They are taking me to the top of the volcano!

Chungu/Cheezi: Sorry boss, she's very fast! But we are...faster!

Janja (orders): Hold her tight and don't let her escape! (turns to Kion and grins) Yeah right, I almost forget to tell you, we're planning to show your sister our hot lava swimming pool. Bet she gonna love it! What do you say, boys? Should we throw her in?

Chungu: Er...boss, I don't think that's a go...(Cheezi kicks him) Ouch! I mean, of course we should! It's fun (looks at Cheezi)...right?

Cheezi: YEAH Janja! We definitely should!

Kion (grows furious): You dare to do that to my sister, I will not let you GET AWAY with this!

Janja (keeps laughing): Oooh, seems like our little lion cub's not happy. Why don't you come here and stop us, huh? We're not going anywhere.

Kion wants to get to Janja but the heat of the lava river keeps him away. He gets more and more frustrated. I arrive at this time and notice how furious and nervous he is.
