"The fear of blood?" Naruto questioned as he held the rubber ball in his hand. The two men were taking a break from their constant travel. Naruto continued his Rasengan training however, not giving himself the time to get distracted by anything going on in his young mind.
"Yes, after seeing all of the death and destruction brought during the war, on top of that her lover and brothers' deaths, the shinobi life is something she couldn't handle." Jiraiya explained as he moved the beef that was being grilled from the grill to his mouth. "However, I was never around to see it in action."
The ball that Naruto was working on suddenly popped, making Jiraiya jump. Naruto shook his hand, the stinging being prominent from the popping.
"Well, that could be problematic." Naruto muttered, sitting down across from the Sanin.
"Yeah, but we should be able to keep things from getting to that point.

Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock.
The doctors' eyes flickered to the clock that positioned itself on the wall. He sighed lightly before turning back to his clipboard, tapping the pen against the paper lightly. It was a patient slip, something he usually wouldn't have to write up, as it was usually up to the patient or family of the patient to fill it out, but due to the condition of the patient, that wasn't really an option.
"Another late night huh..." he trailed off as he continued filling out the paperwork. He had been working more than overtime after the invasion that killed so many people. On top of this there were plenty of men and women who were injured, some in severe condition, needing constant care.
He was tasked with watching over many people, most being shinobi. He watched over a man who was placed in a coma, some Chunin who taught at the academy. Iruka something, he couldn't remember the last bit. On the other hand, he had been taking care of Kakashi Hatake. He had taken severe damage after an encounter with Itachi Uchiha. He placed his pen down as he turned around, facing his patient that was lying in bed.
"Speaking of Uchiha's." he muttered as he looked at Sayu Uchiha, his most recent patient. He didn't understand what he could do for her, since she was put in a genjutsu. He sighed as he got to his feet, moving to the door with the piece of paper slipping out of the room.
The moment the door closed; a man was revealed to be sitting in the windowsill. His silver hair swayed as he dropped off the windowsill. He slowly approached the bedridden Uchiha with a smirk on his face. He came to a complete stop at the bed. Sayu's face was scrunched in pain, sweat pouring from her forehead, staining the pillow. The man smiled before placing his right hand on the right wrist of Sayu.
"You'll do the right thing." The man said smirking before placing a seal on the wrist of the Uchiha. He pushed his glasses up before vanishing into the moonlight. Right around the time of his leaving, the doctor walked back into the room.
"Forgot my clipboard, god age is really catching up to me." the man mumbled to himself as he picked the clipboard up and left the room.
Sayu now lay alone in the room, trapped. The deaths of her entire clan repeating over and over in her head, the blood, screams. Her parents. It's all because of him.
It's all because of Itachi.
*Naruto*
"That's ridiculous! She would never do something like that!" Jiraiya yelled at the blonde. Naruto sighed as he leaned against the hotel room wall. Why did he even try, Jiraiya would never believe him.
But in all honesty, would he believe himself? If he was told his long-time friend was in cahoots with the man who killed their sensei for personal gain, he would scoff and call bullshit too.
