Your POV;

As you allow yourself to be guided to the dining table, Namjoon stops you and plants a deep passionate kiss. You're a bit taken aback, as it came out of nowhere. Dinner consisted of a Spicy Chicken Stir-fry, a glass of wine and some Cream Cheese Raspberry Tarts for dessert.

You couldn't help but notice the pained expressions that came across his face throughout the meal. You shared some updates about the Cafe and he shared some ideas he's been considering for his next Solo project.

His POV;

The meal was excellent as always, and he loved that you always had something sweet at the end to balance the palate. As he listened to you talking about the Cafe, it didn't get past him that you were squirming slightly in your seat. He couldn't help but worry if he had hurt you in someway recently or it was from the incident sometime ago, considering you've had a few trips to the doctors as of late.

He shuddered just remembering that time. Though you've expressed that you're fine now, you have not exactly been the same since.

He loved sharing inspiration with you for his solo work as it allowed for you both to bounce ideas from an intellectual point of view. Just as he was about to help with the clean-up, his phone started ringing. He contemplated answering, and after staring at the screen for a few seconds, he decided to move away from the table to take the call, gesturing to you he'll be back.

Your POV;

Just as you were about to ask him to put away the wine, you turned and found him grimacing at his phone. He stepped away to take the call and you tried to ignore the thoughts in your head. You continued cleaning up and then proceeded to go have a soak in the tub. Feeling a bit stressed and slightly overwhelmed, you determined it was the best thing you could do at the moment.

With your playlist running, you allowed the environment and the slow swells of the music to consume you. Your thoughts are on overdrive, just thinking of the past 3yrs since coming here. Moving to South Korea wasn't an easy adjustment. You and Namjoon agreed that the long distance though it worked, was a bit strenuous with his ever changing schedules and your own projects. The relationship was serious enough and plans for both of y'all's future looked promising. It's been almost 5yrs since you both started a serious relationship.

He wanted you here and he promised to assist you with whatever you needed, so you can find your own slice of life here, away from everyone you were leaving behind. Naturally being a person of colour, and the very closed minded mentality of S.Koreans, you did your best to adjust. Adjusting to being such a standout amongst the staff on official schedules wasn't easy either.

Namjoon didn't need to assist in getting you a position on the linguistics team, to assist with translations and guidance for the band overseas, and other groups under the company as well. Yes Namjoon is excellent with English and the others have been doing fine. Your background in multiple languages and experience with public relations, got you the job.

You've always worked hard towards your goals & have been working under the company for about 7yrs, doing most of your work abroad as they were expanding markets. You now have better perks thanks to Namjoon, to match his schedule and the band.

Being Namjoon's person definitely had its wins but you never abused them on official schedule. You were happy that he encouraged you to pursue your dream of having the Cafe.

You didn't know when it started, but your cheeks were wet from the tears you've been shedding silently.

His POV;

Stepping onto the balcony to take the call, he was startled by the frigid evening breeze. On the other line, she said too bubbly for him to care for, "Have you been ignoring me? I miss you." With tensed lips and almost a whisper he replied, "It's complicated but I'll make time to fix the situation soon." She protested immediately, "I haven't seen you in more than 6 months & barely heard from you the past two. You promised that you would've returned after you last visit here for the Gala." Namjoon sighed and responded coldly, "You knew what happened was nothing more than a mistake. I have more important obligations to attend to and people that actually need me. Please don't call me directly unless it's through our previous arrangements. I'm sorry but I have to go."

Taking a deep breath, the frigid air allowed him to unscramble his thoughts. In addition to everything happening, he knew this mistake needed to be fixed permanently and soon. Both Hoseok & Yoongi have warned him that it'll cause a bigger mess if not sorted as soon as possible. He knew they were both right. The current group activities are already keeping him busy and he's been trying to be more present for you, with everything that has happened.

He's been worried about you and though the guys have asked questions, he still hasn't told them what happened a few weeks ago. "FUCK!" he muttered knowing he will also have to face the guys be upset at him, when they find out what happened with you. After all, you've become really close with them all as they're basically his immediate family.

Stepping back into the warm indoors, he noticed you had finished cleaning up and have now disappeared. Checking your office first and then the bedroom, you were nowhere to be found. He was wondering if you stepped out, then suddenly he heard the low violin coming from the bathroom. As he walked towards the bathroom, from the slight opening in the doorway, he saw you sobbing.

He stood frozen..
