[Finn's POV]

"So you also came to be a Divine Visionary?" I asked Lance. He nodded as he stared at the picture of his sister.

"She's slowly starting to lose magic, in a couple of months the Bureau of Magic is gonna take her away. I'll become a Divine Visionary and protect her. I nodded, as I had nothing else to say to him. I glanced at Mash, signaling him to say something to break the awkward silence.

"You're sure you're not a kidnapper right?" Mash asked. I slapped my forehead.

"Don't get so full of yourself Mash Burnedead." Lance said as he stood up, and with a loud THUD his chair fell to the ground. "I'm leaving." Mash seemed unbothered as he continued munching on his creampuff, that's like the only thing he knew how to do properly. I sighed, I realized the time and immediately jumped up from my chair.

"Mash! That creature hunting class!" I said, Mash immediately jumped up from his chair and zoomed down the hall.

...

"In a few minutes you all are going inside of that forest behind me," the teacher said. "The one with the white square on there head is worth one piece of bronze, the one with the yellow diamond on there head is worth one silver piece."

"Alright! Piece of cake!" A guy with red hair and a hairband said.

"Who's that guy?" I thought, "seems like a troublemaker, I should avoid him."

"And start!" The students rushed into the forest one by one, I followed behind them.

"I should team up with Lance," so I hurried over towards him.

"Why are you following me?" He asked, "I don't want a burden on my shoulders." I felt an arrow of emotion pierce through my heart.

"Hey! There's nothing wrong with teaming up with a friend right!?"

"... Alright, but don't slow me down." I nodded as an agreement.

1 hour later.........

I sat on the ground, panting, as Lance killed the last monster with his gravity magic. "Wow this guys tough." I thought. There was a sudden movement behind us in the bush, I springed to my feet, taking out my wand. Mash's head poked out of the bush, I put my wand back into my cloak. He walked up towards us with the redheaded guy behind him. "What's he doing here?"

"I saved his butt, that's what." Mash replied. The red guy's face turned red.

"Hey! That's not what we agreed on! Why'd you embarrass me!?" He shouted.

"I didn't."

"Yes you did!" I chuckled as they looked like kids fighting over who gets the ice cream.
