He gives her a questioning look and when he finally understood where she's coming from, he glances back at his liquor." It wasn't a date" He shakes his head, and speaks as if the words are coming out of his nose. And he swallows down the remaining drops - bottoms up.
She lets out a bitter laugh, which sounds like a sigh. "You tell that to visually impaired, they might believe you." It's almost vaguely understandable

"Let go of me!" She whispers angrily and tries to release her arm from his tight grip but struggles to do so.
They try to talk in whispers, avoiding to make a scene.
"Sandra naman, you can't just get away with it by making another mistake. Kung galit ka pa rin sa kin, sabihin mo,pag-usapan natin. We're both in this marriage. We do things in sync and we solve problems together.... Di ba?" His face is every shade of melancholy. He looks at her with those eyes of a broken man.
