open your legs and let the demons flow out of youthey no longer hold you down by your anklesgive your pain in your pelviskeep their weight on your chestbreathe on your neck or make you feel like you don't want to be here anymore

you no longer need to escapedissociation was just another way to feel your emotionsyou've outgrown thatnow you feel them in waves as intended

it's okay when you remember how things were in the pastsometimes we look into our past to see how we got to our present and envision the future as best we can

realize that your past was dark so your future must be brightthere is balance in your worldand karma where people burn you

understand that you are enoughyou are lovedyou are understoodyou are seenyou are individual and authentic you are constantly growing and evolving you are constantly resting too

understand that all you need is youwant nothing and everything you put out into the world will come back to you in abundanceyour grief will turn to joyyour sadness will turn to petrichoryour weeds will turn to gardensyour anger will turn to passionyour fear will turn to courageyour hate will turn to love

all these things that you were given will be churned within youstomped on, chewed up, and spit outall these things that you were given were the ingredients to turn your lumps of coal into diamonds

so much pressure bestowed on you so youngyou make it look easy because the work is forever insidedon't ever let anyone take away your hard work and shinestand alone from time to timeyou need to be alone from time to time

venture out into the worldstand your ground and never move you are a stable foundation, unshaken;impenetrable let the waters move around you you control them now, so you let them bebutterflies are made, not bornflowers do not just bloom first, they are planted

there is a reason you are both earth and waterfixed and mutablegood and badright and wrongyou are dual, you are nuancedyou are layers and layers and layers of life within one vesselthere are so many different versions of yourself within youyou are more than just one, you are many

and we all love youwe all love uswe have enough love for anyone who doesn't know the feelingand we empathize, because we didn't know the feeling once

from a young age all we knew was fear, abuse, neglect, and manipulationwe taught ourselves what we know the best way we knew howobservation empathylovecaringsecondary experiences then turned to primary

no one can touch us if we don't let themno one can take our love away no one has that power over us anymorewe took it backwe put ourselves first; no longer on the back burnerour own best friend, never bored of lifealways full of wonderour conversations are always the besteven when we can be a little delusionalwe allow all of us, every single entity within to have a space at the table to have a voiceto be seen, heard, and understood

there is no pressure to be anything outside of what I wantand any fear there is, we will release it as we goand any parts of our past, we will validate and any people in our present, we will cherishand as we look to the future, we will keep moving forward
