Warning: Bloody Details
(Mary's POV)
I sighed as I gazed upon the two brothers. They didn't talk about Lisa at all, so I had no idea why she thought them to be suspicious of her. 'She was looking at their things, though. Maybe she found something there?' I wondered.
One of the boys left the room. I believed that the one that remained in the room was David, though I could not be certain for sure. I stepped out from the mirror and crept up behind the boy, raising my knife into the air.
Just as I was about to plunge the knife directly into the boy's back, he turned around. He didn't scream. Didn't even make a sound. He just stared at me, his eyes wide with fright that radiated from him.
"Who are you?" he asked, regaining his voice.
"That doesn't matter to you. I'm only wondering which twin I'm killing currently," I remarked before bringing the knife down on him. He merely yelped slightly from the pain and fell backwards, tripping and landing on his back.
His brother ran into the room and stared at me. He looked down to his twin and then ran to him. "Josiah!" He turned to face me, his eyes full of rage. "Who the hell are you?! why did you hurt Joe?!" He didn't wait for my reply but ran out of the room.
Sighing, I began walking away to follow him. His brother reached out and grabbed my ankle, causing me to fall onto the floor. I glared back at him and said, "For that, your brother's death will not be a slow one. And you shall watch as I murder him."
"You won't get to harm my brother. You'll be dead before you can lay a finger on him."
I laughed. "If I could die, I wouldn't be who I am." I then grabbed the boy and lifted him from the ground.
His brother reentered the room and I dropped the boy that I was holding. "David, run!" the boy shouted, to which point I kicked him. He cringed in pain.
"Hey, you! Don't you dare touch my brother!" David shouted. I turned to look at him and saw him holding a gun in his hands.
"You think that will stop me?" I asked. He shot the gun at me five times. I smirked as the bullets ejected themselves from the bullet holes and fell to the ground. "You can't kill me," I told him. I then used my will to lift the boy from the ground without touching him. I flung him against the wall and he slid down it once I let him go. I walked over to him and kicked the gun away from his reach.
"Who are you?" he asked, staring up at me. All the fearlessness had left him.
"People call me Bloody Mary," I replied. I lifted him up and smirked at him. He glared at me, then glanced at his brother, his eyes once more filled with fear. I turned to look at Josiah, who had grabbed the gun. "Don't you boys ever learn? A gun can't harm me."
Josiah pointed the gun at me, then at the mirror. I laughed. "Won't work, boy," I said. But when Josiah shot the gun and it shattered the mirror, I fell in pain screaming.
The mirror began dragging me back, but I grabbed onto David and brought him into the mirror with me. Once we were both inside the mirror, it sealed itself up and Josiah couldn't get to his brother. I laughed as I dragged my captive to an abandoned shack, miles away from his home.
Exiting the mirror, I grabbed a bundle of rope to tie the boy up with. He struggled against me, but I was able to tie him to a metal chair. I looked down at my chest, where there was a bullet wound. "You and your filthy brother are going to pay for that," I told him, grabbing a knife.
David stared at the knife as I brought it to his neck. I slid it across slowly and watched as droplets of blood formed and rolled down his pale skin. David hissed from the pain, but did not make any other sounds.
