It was your nap time and you didn't want it today. Usually you absolutely loved your naps, even out of your headspace, but today you didn't want to go to sleep. Which confused Billie a lot along with you being extra clingy today. She didn't know the reason why you have been acting different but hopefully she'll get to the bottom of it.
"Come on babygirl. What's the matter?" She asked you softly as she bends down to your eye level. "Nu wan nap!" You pouted and crossed your arms angrily. She chuckled and caressed your face gently with her ring covered fingers. "I know that baby but why?" She asked once again. You dropped your gaze and got embarrassed. "I Nu wan chu to weave agains..."you mumbled out as your eyes got teary. "What do you mea- oh...I get it." Billie replied as she remembered yesterday when she put you down for a nap and a few minutes later was called by her brother to go do a quick interview, so she called one of her friends to look after you.
When you woke up and found Billie wasn't there with you you started crying. Her friend got you to calm down enough to go back to sleep and when Billie got home, her friend told her what had happened. You are scared that when you go to sleep that she won't be there when you wake up. "Babygirl I'm sorry I wasn't there when you woke up, mommy got busy but I promise you when you wake up after your nap, I'll be right there with you okay? Cmon...I'll lay down and sing to you precious girl." She said softly and picked you up in her arms and carried you to y'all's shared bedroom where she laid you in the bed and got in beside you.
"What do you want mommy to sing sweet girl?" She asked softly, her voice as sooth as honey. "Lovely Pweasie..." you yawned out as you laid your head on her pillow like breast. She smiled and ran her fingers through your hair as she starts to hum the melody and starts to sing.

Hello, welcome home." She stopped singing and looked down to see you deep into slumber. She smiled big and leaned down near your ear "sleep tight my sweet girl. I love you." She whispered in your ear with her low voice and kissed your ear softly before falling asleep herself.
