Billie was heading over to her best friends y/n's house so they could hang out some since she was done with her album. She had a spare key that you gave to her so she went up to the door and unlocked it. Heading inside she saw you on the floor rocking back and forth. To others they may think it was weird but Billie knows you, and this was you trying to deal with your emotions.
She went over to you and kneeled so she was at your level eye level. "Hey y/n/n...are you okay?" She asked softly and you looked up at her, not expecting her to be here this early. You didn't say anything but shrug your shoulders at her. "What can I do?" She pleaded, you are her best friend and there's nothing in this world that she wouldn't do for you. Billie also has this massive crush on you as well so she really would do anything for you. You shook your head no then went silent for a moment then decided to tell your best friend about your age regression.
Billie was shocked but didn't Judge you because that's just not how she is. "Do you have anyone to take care of you?" She asked and you shook your head no which caused her to frown. "I see...well I could babysit you if you want! I can search up all about it so I know what I'm doing." She chuckles and gives you a big smile. Your eyes widen and a big smile appeared on your face at what Billie just asked. You immediately nodded your head yes and jumped into her lap and hugged her tight. She laughed at how excited you were and hugged you just as tight.
And that's how y'all's relationship started. She was your babysitter anytime you wanted to regress and took great care of you. Overtime your feelings for each other started to grow but the both of you didn't say anything, afraid that y'all would mess the relationship up, but Billie couldn't contain it any longer and decided to tell you today and ask you to be her girlfriend and for her to be your official caregiver. She arrived at your house and went up to unlock your door, stepping inside. She heard the patter of your feet running along the floor and was almost knocked over as you jumped into her arms.
"Billie! Hwi hwi!" You exclaimed as you hugged her tight. She giggled and hugged you back, rubbing your back as she walked over to the couch, sitting down with you still attached to her. "Hi bubs. I wanted to ask and talk to you about something if that's okay?" Billie asked and your face grew into a frown as you started to overthink. Billie noticed and quickly reassured you "hey it's nothing bad bubs I promise." She said and you let out a sigh of relief. "I'm not sure how to say this but...can I be your official caregiver and girlfriend? I've liked you for so long that I'm pretty sure I'm in love with you and that love grew when I started babysitting you...so what do you say little one?" Billie said nervously and your face broke out into a shit eating grin.
"Wes Wes! I wan chu to bes my mommy an my girlfriends! Ohs I sos happys!" You exclaimed happily and bounced happily in billies lap. Billie copied your smile and started leaving kisses all over your face which started to turn red as you started to blush. "I love you babygirl..." Billie said gently as she caresses your face softly. "I wuv chu mores mommy.." you said and nuzzled your face into her hand which made her giggle. "Now what do you want to do little one?" Billie asked you and you made a thinking face which Billie thought was absolutely adorable. "I wan movie!" You said and Billie smiled as she reached over to the coffee table and got the remote. "How about we watch some of your favorite Barbie movies. Does that sound good angel?" She asked and you squealed happily as you said yes over and over.
"Barbie it is then." She chuckled and turned one of the many Barbie movies you loved. You rested your head on billies soft, plush chest and started to suck on your thumb. Billie took your thumb out of your mouth and placed your favorite paci in your mouth before you could whine. You suckled happily on it and started to doze off into your mommy's arms.
