Chapter 34 - To within an inch of life

Reece went outside to find Sera. He searched everywhere, she was nowhere to be seen. He called her cell and it was off. He grew angry that she would just leave like that. All he wanted was for this night to be just right and a chance to show her off as his girl. He shook his head and went back to the event and decided to have this out with her when he got home.

"Is everything okay?." Diana asked him. "I know you Reece and you seem stressed?.. is she proving to much for you to handle... she's not as disciplined as I was for you right?."

"It's not about that okay.. she is new to all this...

"Well you're right there... she is only used to trashy outfits and backstreet dives...

"Diana stop... the one thing that you were an advocate for was helping these girls to be seen as women and not sex objects... that was always what your work was about... you stood up to the people that said otherwise...

"Yeah, that maybe... and that was until one of them screwed up my life.. and basically made all of those people who said stuff about them be right..." she said. "I didn't see that coming, trust me.." she sighed. "Anyway maybe she deserved to be taught a lesson...

"What does that even mean?." He said to her pulling her back to face him.

"What I said.. she hasn't paid not once for what she did, I let it go for your sake. I was stupid for that.. now if you excuse me, I have to mingle.." she added and walked away from him.

Sera had been knocked out for the journey, she had no idea where she was how long she had been out for, she could see nothing or no one. She was still covered, bound and gagged. She could hear voices but they were low and muffled.
She started to shout into her gag, and she was met with a swift punch in the mouth. It dazed her as she wasn't expecting it. She was scared beyond anything. She had no idea where she was being taken or by who and no idea for what reason either.
"Just shut up.. stay quiet.. and do as the fuck you are told," one of them said.

Reece got home around 2am, he had not seen Sera since 9.30 that evening, that was when she went outside to get some air, he chased up the stairs and shoved the bedroom door hard ready to erupt. He stopped when he saw the bed was empty. He tried her cell again but it was off and now saying no longer in service.

He called Carlos. "I'm a need you to head to that hotel we were at tonight.. get the cctv from the front of the building from 8.30 onwards... Sera is missing.."

Carlos was shocked. "Okay.. I'm on it.."

Reece couldn't sleep, he was wondering where she was. Turning over in his head and hoping it wasn't true that she might have gone to Calvin. That made him grit his teeth and breathe deeply. But there was nothing that he could do right now except wait.

Romeo got home leaving his girl and daughter to rest in the hospital. They were due home tomorrow and all he wanted to do was make sure that everything was ready for them both, so that Maddie wouldn't need to do absolutely anything when she arrived home. He saw Carlos pull into drive of his home. He walked back out of the door and over to him. "So what is it?.. you wouldn't be here at this time of the morning if it wasn't an emergency?.." he said to him.

"Sera is missing... Reece has asked me to look at the CCTV from the venue that they were at earlier this evening. I thought that you might like to come with me... help me out.."

"she is a grown woman now, she's probably sulking somewhere over something... Maddison has had the baby, I need to get things ready here for when they both come home tomorrow... I'm telling you, give it a couple of hours and she will be back home with her tail between her legs.." he said.

"so I'll take that as a no then?" Carlos said as Romeo continued towards the house and shut the door without even looking back.

He jumped back in his car and headed off to the hotel to do as Reece had asked of him.

Sera was dragged after travelling for lord knows how long as she had been out cold for hours.
She was thrown on a cold surface, she couldn't see or do anything.

She heard a door open. "So this is her?." A woman's voice said.

"Yep..primed and ready for you.." the man replied laughing.

"Oh trust me this bitch is about to get everything she deserves... RIGHT SERA!.." she yelled and made Sera jump.

Sera mumbled into her gag and everyone laughed. There were a fair few people in this place. Both male and female. All she kept thinking about was Cassius, telling him in her mind over and over that she loved him, thinking this was the end of her life, for what reason she had no idea.

She had enemies, none that she thought could get to her. Some she didn't even know she had. Calvin, China, Romeo and Walker, Diana, Diana's father, she even owed Orion back in Atlanta for what happened to his club and him because of her and for shunning him when Calvin came.

She felt the first kick to her head, after that it was all a blur, blow after blow she tried to move, but bound, gagged and unable to see she had little to no chance. Her body hurt, she was dragged along the floor, she was jumped on, she felt her clothes be ripped off of her, she knew she was naked. She cried into her gag.

She was repeatedly beaten and beaten with her hands tied and the sack on her head. She was disorientated. She felt more blows, and with each blow her body began to slow down, kick after kick, she couldn't defend herself she had no idea who or how many people were attacking her, her life flashed before her eyes.

She was then forcefully held down and she felt the roughness and the pain from herself as she used and degraded by more than one man, taking turns on her. She heard laughter both women and men as she was beaten the hell out of again, until she was left unconscious....
