Is it a betrayal?

Few days later, Jack noticed that Andy and Lily were getting close day by day. He was happy about it. Andy maintained both the bonds. He text her everyday and spend his entire school time with Jack. After some days, at evening Andy called Jack and before that he was talking with Lily about Monica. The texts were Andy-"Any news of Monica. I mean did she get to know?" Lily-"No and what about Jack, did he plan any move?" 

Jack went to Andy's house. They were in Andy's room. After sometime, Andy went to the washroom and Lily called. Jack said "Hey, Lily is calling." Andy said "I will pick afterwards." Then a message pops up and Jack saw it. The message was "Is Jack there?" He was confused after seeing it. He thought "why me?" He became curious and opened the messages and saw all the previous messages. Andy came out.

Jack said "Why did you tell her about me? I think I told you specifically not to tell." Andy said "Bro, I have an explanation and I am sorry." Jack said "A valid one. Recently, I lost hope on trusting people and you. It's happening again!" Andy said "Ok bro calm down. The only reason is I couldn't lie to her again. The least thing I would do is hurting her." Jack said "Are you in love?" Andy said "Maybe or maybe not." 

Jack said "Dude, this is a betrayal." Andy said "No it's not. Just think about it, how will you trust Monica if you can't trust me." Jack said "Do not bring Monica's name and it's not about trusting you, it's about trusting Lily." Andy said "She will not tell anyone." Jack said "I don't know her." Andy said "Well, start talking with her. You will get to know." Jack said "I don't want your suggestion." Andy said "Bro you're overreacting." Jack said "Am I? You don't know what it's like to lose people."

 Andy said "Don't you dare." Jack said "I will just leave." He went to his home. No one was there in Andy's house while fighting. When Jack went home and thought about it "Was I over reacting. Maybe, he has a point. I think I should talk to her." He texted Andy "Bro I am sorry. Can I get her number?" Andy was happy about it and shared her number to him. Andy said "She already know about the fight. She is also worried." Jack said "So, you are texting her too much." Andy said "I am but I am not sure about my feeling. For now I am just a friend." Jack said "Anyway, I will talk to her." Then he texted Lily "Why should I trust you?" 

Lily said "I will help you with the Monica's matter and I promise that I will keep it a secret." Jack said "Keep your promise. I don't trust you but you can help me with Monica. Anyway I don't expect anything from you so it doesn't matter."

Lily said "Your wish but I will keep it asecret." Jack said "Well, I will tell you some details. First, I don't know ifit's love or just affection. Second, I didn't talk to her properly. I need someinformation about my note." Lily said "Ok I will let you." Jack said "Ok bye."Lily was not mad at Jack. She understood his behavior. Jack thought "Maybe Iwas wrong."
