Juliet had just woken up and was on a mission to find her parents. She had looked everywhere, high and low. She was going back to her room when she ran into one of her brothers, Asher.
"What's wrong, Jules?" He asked, crouching down to her height.
"I can't find momma," She pouted.
He smiled at her, picked her up, and walked towards their dad's office. It was rarely used but no one was allowed to go in there when it was, not to disturb their dad.
Asher knocked on the door and they heard a faint 'come in'. It was their mom.
Juliet tried to get out of her brother's arms but he walked in with her, not wanting to let her go until they were inside.
"What are you guys doing here?" Estrella, their mom, asked as she took Juliet in her arms.
"She wanted to see you Mom, so I brought her here," He shrugged.
His mother thanked him for bringing Juliet to her and he left the room to get breakfast.
"Thank you, Ash," Juliet thanked him before he left the room. He smiled at her and closed the door behind him.
"And what brings you here, Julie?" Estrella asked as she placed Julie on her lap.
They sat in front of a beautiful white antique vanity where Juliet would always help her mother do her makeup. Her mother promised to get her one of her own, but Juliet wanted the one her mom used.
"I wanted to help you, momma!" Juliet exclaimed and reached for one of the makeup brushes that lay in front of her.
Estrella allowed Juliet to help her with her makeup and Juliet even got to put some on herself.
"Momma, come on! I want to go show Daddy!" She jumped up and down with excitement.
Juliet impatiently waited for her mom to put everything away in the vanity and they went downstairs to show her brothers and her dad.
"Daddy, look!" She exclaimed as her father took her in his arms.
Her dad praised her for her beauty, and her brothers joined in because they wanted to make her happy.
The winter family sat down for breakfast shortly after, ready to start their day.
