CH-24 Accepting my... fate ~

- Purnima POV -

The lift door opened and we reached on the ground floor. The Cab was parked just few steps away from here, we countinued to walk towards the cab. Then we opened the door and sat inside, the cab driver started the engine and then we drove off to our apartment's building.

When we reached neared the building, we both went out of the cab while Siddhi held all those paper bags in her one hand and with other she held my hand and we began to walked further towards the building's stairs.

I was standing still infront of our apartment door in the meanwhile Siddhi was unlocking the door with key. We both went inside as she unlocked the main door.

I directly went inside my room with slow steps and as i stepped in, the whole scenario of yesterday's night played infront of my eyes like a reel.

I do not know why? but suddenly i felt suffocated staying in here, i immediately came out in the living area and sees that Siddhi was completely engrossed in cooking something in kitchen.

I turned my steps towards in her direction and stand beside her but she did not even noticed my presence till now.

" क्या बना रही हो ??? Hmm..."

" what are you making ??? Hmm..."

My voiced sounded dry and like a low wishers.

When my voice went in her ears, she turned her head in my direction and asked..., " what are you doing here ??... doctor told you to rest na.. then??, do you need something ???..."

She asked immediately being confused and worried at the same time, after seeing me here.

" No, i don't need anything and Siddhu please yaar.. can i just not came in the kitchen.. huhh??,
And on the top i felt suffocated in my room that's why i thought to walk a little... to relax myself. "

I said irritatingly.

" obviously not punnu darling !... " , She refused immediately and then continued to said further...

" i was just saying that for your own sake... and you can come and go wherever you want.. okay!, by the way i was making your favorite dish today and one more thing, is your neck still hurting you much !, "

" yehh ! , but i am fine, do not worry.. hmm! " i assured her.

"okay then you walk till i am making the dinner,"

She said and indulged in chopping onions again.

I nodded in response and walked out of the kitchen and went towards the balcony area to get some fresh air.

I directly came in the balcony and sat on the swing and slowly moved the swing by pressing my feet on the floor, back and forth.

The sun was slowly settling down in the horizon as the darkness slowly covered the whole sky.
While i just swinging slowly and capturing this heavenly beauty of sunset in my eyes.

Slowly it was completely dark as the moon shown up in the sky fully while tiny little star were twinkling and glittering all over the dark sky.

I watched the moon and whatever happened in these few days started roaming in my mind again.

I sighed deeply.

" even if i die still the fact would not changed that our paths are apart, and him and i can never be one... maybe not in this life. So, it would be better if i accepts my fate... sooner. Or if not, than it will only gonna cause more problems in our lives. "
