Chapter 17 Therapy session

Back at the circus, Caine is currently searching for Zooble so and he can have a conversation with them as it is taking a while. The AI ringmaster wanted to know why Zooble didn't want to participate in any of the adventures. It is confusing because no matter the attempts. Zooble refuses to participate in any of the adventures so Caine is going to find out.

It is strange for him to do this because he had never done this before so it is very strange for him. As Caine is still searching for Zooble. It is frustrating because no matter the attempts. Zooble always wants to stay behind so Caine is going to get to the bottom of this situation so a conversation will simplify things.

"Zooble come on out! I just wanna talk to you. Oh I know!"

With a snap of his fingers Zooble is immediately brought towards Caine as it is easy for him to do that because he is the main AI here so he cane do anything. As Zooble is honestly frustrated, and annoyed when they discovered he can do that the entire time.

"What th—. Could you have done that the whole time?"

"Zooble I-I just wanna get to the bottom of why you keep skipping all my amazing adventures. You could end up really hurting Bubble's feelings."

"Uh Bubble's feelings?

Zooble knew that Bubble can't process such complex emotions as much as they don't want to admit it Bubble isn't like Caine. But why does the AI ringmaster want to even talk about this. There is, a reason why they don't participate in the adventures anymore. But Caine isn't going away that easy as he is very determined.

"E-Enough about Bubble's feelings! How about YOUR feelings?"

Then a small plush chair, along with a long red couch appeared with an office setting that is completely different form the rest of the circus. It wasn't like the office setting that Pomni was in. This is different it is comfy. At least Zooble it is comfy as this is completely new to them.

"I—."

"So what's on your mind Zooble?"

It didn't take long for Zooble to realize what is currently happening. But they honestly didn't know that Caine could do something like this at all and they've been in the circus for a while. So this feels completely unnatural but Zooble also knows that they're still in the circus but why do this to begin with.

"I.... would rather not."

"Hahahaha! That's hilarious! Go on."

It's clear that Caine isn't going to let them go form this as the AI ringmaster is very determined to find an answer as to why Zooble isn't participating in any of the adventures anymore. So that is something that they didn't want to deal with today at all as an annoyed expression soon appeared.

"No I mean I've already told you what my problem is. You just never remember because.... Oh never mind."

"My mind is a beeswax polished coconut. So what can I do to make my adventures more APPEALING to you?

"See? This is what exactly I'm talking about. All you're thinking about is your adventures. It has nothing to do with the adventures. It's more just....ugh forget it. You're probably not listening."

"Zooble look at this cool bee I drew."

Caine immediately showed his drawing to them as it is so frustrating especially dealing with him. Zooble is just frustrated with him but what really frustrates them is that Caine forgets. It's honestly painful because everytime they try to tell him something makes him forget any topic from any conversation.

This is gonna be a long, conversation as Zooble had a twitch that is happening. Because there is no way that they are going to escape this. As it isn't fair at all, because Caine seems to forget for some reason as it's pointless to even have a conversation. Without, him forgetting what they are talking about to begin with.

There is a hint of envy subconsciously coming from Zooble. As wouldn't be bad to join the adventure now it's very tempting to join the others but those thoughts are immediately are pushed away form their mind. This is ridiculous why for they even thinking about that to begin with.

("I don't understand what the whole point of this is. It's not you are going to even remember anyways, you always forget.")

It is just so frustrating to deal with this as Zooble is just tired at this point, because they always tell he and then he forgets every time. This is becoming repetitive as the problem continues. This body that they're in is so uncomfortable no matter how many times they switch out parts there isn't one that they need. This place and this body is so uncomfortable.

But the worse part is Caine always forgets whenever they told him even when he got them that box of spare parts, though is was a nice gesture it helped a little bit. Zooble just wants to find a part that belongs. Not to mention nobody really enjoys the adventures.

Well perhaps, Deyna did but that's after he loss his marbles, but there is something that connected Deyna and Zooble to become friends. Something that they had in common, it is the feeling, of being uncomfortable despite the fact that everybody, can't remember anything form before they put on the headset. There is something that brings to strange type of familiarity though nobody understood why this happens as, one time Deyna came over to them.

To talk as he explained that he felt the same a long time ago. In his past as he understood what Zooble is going through. So that made them feel a little bit better but that was before Pomni showed up here.

That is a long time as Zooble still remembered it from that long ago as it was first good memory. That they have being trapped here is the circus as there is only a few good memories that they have. As there is even sometimes that Leroy was also there to comfort them but that was before he had some of his sanity.

This is so strange for Caine to be doing this though but he has done some nice things in the past. Like the box of spare parts that the AI ringmaster gave them to swap parts. But doesn't Caine understand why they don't participate in these adventures anymore as it has become very repetitive.

Even though the adventures keep them from abstracting it isn't really filling but there's nothing that could be done. Because now Zooble is stuck, here doing a therapy session with Caine. It is going to be a very long therapy session for them as there is a another twitch at they, had as there is no escape.
