"Avyaansh Singh Rathore, you'll regret this. You still have time, leave me otherwise your whole family will suffer starting with your grandparents to your sister, everyone will suffer." A man tied with chains said groaning with pain. Though he knew his threats are baseless as we was nothing compared to the man sitting in front of him, he still tried his luck.
Avyaansh sat their on his throne like a king he his, with his non existential smirk as if he was mocking the man's foolishness to give him a threat as well as appreciating the way he tried to scare the devil himself.
"Hukum, should we end this lowlife?" His right man, Deep asked. Shaking his head he denied Deep through his dark orbs thinking about how the man shouldn't recieve an easy death.
The man tied up with chains was an employee of Rathore's. He not not only tried to scam with their money but also tried to blackmail the princess of Rathore's, Annika in order to get more money. His family was going through some financial crisis and to help his family he chose this way. Rathores would have gladly helped him if he asked them to but he directly chose his destruction.
Avyaansh thought to go easy on thinking of the man's family but the moment he involved Annika, Avyaansh lost it and the hell would freeze before he let anyone harm his princess.
Asking one of his men to continue the torture, Avyaansh left not before smirking at the man making the man realise that his end would be more painful than he imagined.
Sitting in his car, Avyaansh left for Rathore mansion. The ride was silent with Avyaansh driving the car and thinking about his life. He has everything, a loving family, a successful career but still his heart don't feel at peace. Shaking his head, clearing his mind, he roared his car towards his destination with speed.
Entering the mansion he saw his siblings fighting with each other unaware of the surroundings. Annika, who saw him through her sidelong glance threw a pillow at Abhay who in return slapped Annika's arm and that's it, she got her weapon. Turning towards Avyaansh with fake tearful eyes, Annika made her puppy face as if Abhay had hit her harshly which was totally opposite in reality. Abhay who saw her movements, widened his eyes at his elder brother thinking his end is near as he slapped Annika that too in front of Avyaansh.
"Bhai sa" Annika's voices cracked while she was moving towards her brother crying. Abhay, shocked at her acting, started ranting about how he loves his parents and a week long girlfriend the most in the entire universe in his mind.
"Abhay, you'll wash your car, clean your room and water the plants in the gardern for the entire next week" Avyaansh ordered Abhay. Avyaansh too knew Annika was acting but he's not strong enough to ignore her puppy eyes and crying face even if they are fake and hence ordered Abhay to do the minor household chores.
"But bhai sa.." Abhay started but stopped seeing Avyaansh's raised eyebrow as if he was daring him to oppose his words. Nodding silently, Abhay started cursing Annika in his mind because of whom now he has to water the plants in garden and groaned thinking the size of the gardern which was around 4 acres on each side of the mansion.
Annika hugged Avyaansh tightly and teased Abhay sticking her tongue out. Avyaansh who saw this smiled inwardly seeing his sister happy. Abhay too, despite the punishment, smiled at his sister.
"Avi.." called his grandmother entering the hall. Out of all her grandchildren, Avyaansh managed to be her favourite through his achievements and capabilities. His achievements speaks on his behalf about him. And that's the most prideful thing for his grandmother, his success.
"Ji dadi sa" Avyaansh greeted her back. For Avyaansh, his grandmother is his first teacher, even before his mother. Avyaansh was very small when Advay was born and soon after that Annika was born. Due to her younger children, his mother couldn't teach him much and he started loving his grandmother's company more than anyone else's but he was never deprived of mother's love. Even if it was for difficult for his mother to manage three young children, she did it gracefully without making any of her feel they are deprived of her love.
"Aapko yaad hai na aaj aapko Malhotra's ke new business ki success party mein jaana hai" his grandmother said reminding him. Malhotra's were their business partners and hence invited them to their success party.
"Ji dadi sa bas abhi ready hokr jaa hi rahe hai" Avyaansh stated affirming his grandmother that he'll be attending the event.
"Thik hai toh hum aapke dada sa ko bata dete hai aap ready hojaiye aur jaldi jaakr jaldi aaiye nahi toh raat bhar so nahi paayenge aur jaagte rahenge inn gen z owls ki tarah" his grandmother said taunting Annika and Abhay whom she caught a few days back who slept in the hall itself after watching movie the whole night. Soon everyone left for their rooms.
Soon Avyaansh got ready and left for the party after talking to his friends who were also invited to the party. Reaching their Avyaansh went towards Ranvijay and Ekansh who were waiting for him and started a conversation with them.
"Avyy babyyyy" a voice suddenly startled Avyaansh but soon he closed his eyes in frustration while his other friends laughed.
"Not again Neil" Avyaansh said not believing his 29 year old friend who was still behaving as if they were school going students. Neil Khanna is the only person who can get on Avyaansh's nerves and he still wouldn't do anything. Neil was the sunshine of their group.
"Fine Avy baby I'm already preparing myself as i know you'll soon leave me for a girl when you'll get married" Neil said heartbroken but everyone else knew his drama.
"Isse koi ladki pasand aaye aisi koi ladki bani hi nahi hai aaj tak" Ranvijay said sipping his drink while Ekansh agreed nodding but his whole attention was on the girl at the other side of the hall.
Avyaansh followed his gaze and looked at where Ekansh was looking but soon felt his eyes stuck at one single person who was glowing like a star.
Neil also followed their gazes and looked at the two girls. Clearing his throat Neil said "The one with pink outfit is Anaya Malhotra-" "And the one in white?" Avyaansh asked cutting his friend.
"Noor Kapoor" Neil answered.
