2. Her

"bada besharam hai tu
toh lukkha hai bada"

Running through a thin lane, she's trying to save her life with sweatbeads dripping through her forehead indicating she's tired of running but in order to save her life she got no other option. 

Looking for a shady place to hide, she found an extremely thin alley to hide from her predators. Entering into the alley, she waited for her predators to overtake her and making a path clear for her to run away from them. 

After a few seconds, she heard some noises nearby and concluded they are here. The noises got louder as the source approached her. When the voice got a bit clear, she heard two men talking about something she loves the most, chocolate pastries! 

Even after knowing she's in danger she stepped out after hearing the men. The men smirked thinking their trick worked and approached to grab her. When suddenly a army full of Disney characters came from behind and started protecting her while all she could do is stare at the miracle happening in front of her eyes. 

Soon the army won. She thanked everyone while they offered her some food looking at her tired self. Opening the box, she found chocolate pastries given by the army. She was about to a bite when..

Noor wakes up gasping for air as a bucket of cold water was thrown on her face. Taking a moment to process what suddenly happened. She was having her favourite meal but is now completely drenched. Realising it was a dream she groaned as she couldn't have her favourite thing but soon glared at Ruhi who threw water on her. 

"Don't glare at me, I'm not scared of you. Get up and get ready fast we have to attend a meeting related to the finance of the company as well." Said Ruhi who was her bestfriend as well as assistant. 

Ruhi was too bought up in the same orphanage as Noor but the innocence which Ruhi carried as a child was no longer in existence. She was forced to mature way earlier than her age. When Ruhi met Noor, she felt sudden protectiveness towards the latter and hence started taking care of her like an elder sister even if they both were of same age. 

Hearing about the meeting Noor ran to get ready not wanting to get late for the meeting. 

All the way to the office, Noor was able to think about only two things first being the meeting and second being the delicious delicacy she wasn't able to enjoy. 

Noor came out of her thoughts when the car came to halt at a traffic signal. Looking at the side of road, she saw a family consisting of three people, mother, father and a little girl. The couple was pampering their daughter while making her eat an ice cream. 

Looking at them Noor felt a sudden ache in her heart thinking about her parents. She missed them more day by day. She now just wanted someone who can handle her when couldn't even handle herself, someone to hold her close while she was crying, someone to make her feel she's important, someone to make her feel that her existence matters. 

Shaking the head she came out of her thoughts and soon the car started speeding off making her reach her destination. Entering in the main building, she greeted everyone with a smile. The elder employees were proud of the lady while the younger ones saw her as their inspiration. 

After attending the meeting, Noor asked Ruhi about her schedule for the rest of the day. Ruhi informed her about a party thrown by Malhotra's that she needed to attend making her groan because of her disliking towards the fake sophisticated people she interacts with at these kind of parties.
