Lunch Hour, Draco finds himself zoning out like he had been all morning, his mind gnawing with curiosity. "You gonna eat that?" asks Goyle pointing to Draco's plate, rolling his eyes Draco stands up "Have it all for I care, I'm not that hungry" he mutters before grabbing his book bag. Hearing him giddy as he piles the food onto his own plate Draco Snickers a bit "I'm going on a walk" seeing Goyle preoccupied he leaves to clear his head. Roaming the somewhat empty corridors with only a few peers walking past, Draco lets out a deep sigh. "Something's not right... but I can't put my finger on it.." he murmurs to himself as he passes the empty Potions classroom. Slowing down his quick step, he takes a moment to look around making sure no one's around before trying the handle. "Locked, damn.." he grumbles before thinking of a less conspicuous way to unlock it. Rummaging in his bag he pulls out a fountain pen with a grin "Perfect...now hopefully this won't bend or break otherwise it'll be a mess.." he says under his breath as he kneels starting to fidget with the lock.

Listening closely for the click he grins hearing it come loose, standing up he tucks the pen back in his bag before doing another look up and down the corridor before heading inside. Keeping the door cracked a bit he turns to face the room "Now... time to do what I do best" he says with a cheeky grin. Making his way down the row of shared desks, he shrugs off his book bag on one of them before heading to the desk at the front of the room. "There has to be something in here... anything" he grumbles as he rummages through the drawers and any loose stacks of paper in case something was hidden between them. "Wait, he wouldn't leave anything personal out here.." he mumbles as he stands straight, turning to look behind him at Severus's office door. Walking over he turns the knob and to his surprise, it's unlocked. Heading inside he takes in the dimly lit space, the smell of burnt candles lingering in the air. "Fitting.." he says with a slight eye roll before resuming his search.

After ransacking the many bookshelves and snooping in a few potion cabinets within the room, Draco makes his way to his desk. "There's got to be something... anything" he says as he pulls open the many drawers and even some of the paperwork on the desktop. Picking up a stack of graded papers, a small ornate piece of paper falls out onto the floor. Picking it up a wide grin grows across his face, but as he reads it, his expression falls into confusion. "Why would my Father want to talk to Snape so urgently? Damn him for being cryptic.." he grumbles, tossing the paper down onto the desktop. Hearing the bell ring, Draco's paranoia kicks in as he quickly puts back the things he messed with before heading out to his next class. Grabbing his book bag he shuts the classroom door behind him before stealthily blending in with a passing crowd.

Later in the afternoon, watching a few students pass by him in a hurry as he returns from the Manor, Severus heads inside walking the barren corridors with a smooth stride. Finding the afternoon sun gleaming through the tall windows quite nice as he approaches his classroom door. Peering down at the handle, his lip twitches with irritation, putting a finger to the lock he brings it up to eye level, smearing a small bit of ink on the tips of his thumb and pointer finger. "Someone's been meddling.." he murmurs, knowing exactly who it is.
