Chapter 43: Welcome Home

"Please sign here, here and here" the nurse told me as I signed Jc out.

"Done, done, and done. " I smiled.

"Good, he's free to go" the nurse told me.

"Thank you" I said. I turned to Jc.

"Lets get out of this place" Jc demanded.

"Good idea" I laughed.

We headed out of the hospital, and saw Kian and Andrea waiting for us. Kian gave Jc a bro hug being careful. Andrea hugged Jc carefully, too.

"Good to see you alive" Kian joked around.

"Good to be alive" Jc laughed.

"Lets get you home" Andrea said. We hoped into the car and headed home.

"Halloween is coming up. What do you guys think, you are gonna be?" I asked.

"I have no clue" Jc said.

"I think, I know but I don't wanna share it because I'm still deciding." Andrea said.

"I'm probably just gonna be a ghost or some shit like that. What about you, Jill" Kian stated.

"You boys plan everything last minute. And mine is gonna be a surprise for everyone" I smiled.

"Is your something scary?" Jc asked.

"Sorta" I shrugged.

"Is it gonna be realistic?" Kian asked.

"Realistic how? As in, I really look like what I'm trying to be or if the actual costume, is a thing that exists?" I asked

"You really look like what you are trying to be" Kian said and I laughed.

"Hell yea" I exclaimed. They laughed. "Kian, what do you think Andrea is gonna be?"

"I have no clue but I think she is gonna be a unicorn or something" Kian said. Andrea laughed.

"What? Thats so random just because its my favorite animal doesn't mean its my halloween costume" Andrea said.

"I feel like, I know what Jc would be" I replied.

"Oh yea, what would I be?" Jc asked me.

"You would probably like through on your Sonic uniform" I laughed.

"Oh yea! Well you would probably be some type of animal or a fiction species or something like that" Jc laughed.

"Wait, I just got an idea." Kian stopped us. "Why don't we make a bet"

"What is it?" I asked.

"Okay so, the boyfriends (me and Jc) have to guess what our girlfriends (Andrea and Jill) are gonna be for halloween and the other way around. Then loosers, have to go around the mall in their halloween costumes, a couple days after halloween and pretend to try to scare people. And we do not find out if we were right or not, until Halloween, when we see each others costumes. Who's in" Kian explained.

"Hell yes" I said.

"Why not" Jc laughed.

"I'm down" Andrea said.

"Okay so right not everyone write down in their notes, what they are going to be. So we know, no one changed it." Kian demanded. We all did so. I wrote mine down with confidence.

"Done" I smiled.

"Same" Andrea informed.

"Got it" Jc said.

"Finished. Okay, who's starting the guess?" Kian asked.

"I will" Andrea said, right away. "I predict Kian is going to be.... a nerd"

"Okay." Kian said, without any emotion but at the same time holding back his laughter. "I predict Andrea is going to be a unicorn."

"K" Andrea said. "Jc, Jill. You're turn."

"Okay. I predict, Jill is going to be a... vampire." Jc said.

"Okay. And I predict Jc is going to be a... Sonic worker." I said.

"K" Jc said. We were holding hands and he squeezed mine and I rubbed my thunb over his ring.

We finally got home and we all hoped out and ran away from Jc, into the house. We got in and left the door open. We joined the crowd, (which consist of o2l, Michael, Andrea, and a guy named Dom (who was supposedly was friends with Jc) and waited for Jc to enter.

When Jc did come in, we all screamed, "Welcome home!"

Jc was really happy, when he saw all of us. "Holy shit guys. I was gone for 3 days" Jc exclaimed.

"We couldn't live without you" Sam said and made us all laugh.

"Oh shit! Dom's here! You could finally meet everybody" Jc exclaimed. Jc went to Dom and took him around to meet everybody.

I didn't really know what to do, so I went outside and grabbed the mail, and dropped it onto the counter. I went up to my room and changed into clothes because, I was basically in my pjs still. I also quickly cleaned up my room.

After, a couple minutes I headed bck down and started talking to Mariana, Erica and Ana.

"Dom is pretty cool" Mariana said.

"Yea" Erica agreed.

"Really cool" Ana annouced.

"What do you think of him Jill?" Erica asked.

"I don't know I haven't-" I started but got cut off.

"Jill! There you are!" Jc yelled coming over to me with Dom. "Where were you? I looked everywhere for you."

"I was in my room?." I stated, narrowing my eyes. He just looked at me.

"Anyways I want you to meet someone" Jc said. "Jill, this is my friend Dominic. Dominic this is my girl, Jillian"

"Hi, its nice to meet you" He said shaking my hand.

"You too" I fake smiled.

"Are you banging that?" He whispered to Jc, loud enough for me to here. Jc laughed. "no I'm just kidding"

I was offended. Not only by his comment but how Jc laughed, and how before Dom said he was kidding, they "secretly" high-fived.

"Haha" I faked. I walked away pissed. It took Jc about 10 seconds to realize that I was pissed.

"Jill, wait!" He called, and we ended up in the kitchen by ourself.

"What Jc?" I asked.

"What's wrong?" He asked.

"Truthfully, I don't like Dom" I whispered.

"What? Because of his comment" Jc questioned.

"No because of your reaction. Is that all I am to you? Some hot girl, you could bang? " I asked.

"No. Of course not." Jc denied.

"Well, it doesn't seem like it now" I said. I walked up to my room and he didn't stop but he followed me. I locked my door.

"Jillian. Please open the door. Jill, I love you" Jc said through the door, I started to cry. I slide my back against the door. I heard him, slide his back against the door too.

I ran my fingers through my hair. And just thought, Is this seriously happening?
