We soon finally left the house. I was in a car with Ricky, Mariana, and Andrea. Andrea was driving, Ricky was shotgun and me and Mariana were in the back.
We were all talking and joking around when Ricky asked, "Wait Jill, whats up with you and Jc?"
"Oh yea, is he still on pause?" Andrea asked.
"Is everyone saying I put Jc on pause?" I exclaimed.
"Because you sorta put him on pause" Mariana stated.
"Okay but no. We still talk we're just temporarily on a break." I described. Everyone went silent.
"So, paused?" Ricky confirmed.
"Okay!" I snapped, hitting my door. "I paused our relationship!"
"I'm sitting next to him in the plane today. I'm fixing things for good." I told them.
"About time" Mariana smirked.
"Shut up" I laughed.
On the plane
We just boarded the flight. I was sitting in the window seat, next to Jc. Andrea and Kian sat behind us. And Mariana and Sam were behind them.
I tried putting my carry-on in the overhead department but I couldn't. I was using all my strength. Until, I felt the suitcase lift from my hands, into the overhead.
I huffed, and turned around, being face with Jc's chest, and putting my hands on his chest, almost falling. I looked up, not speaking. He was about to say something but I placed my finger over his lips telling him to shh. I looked from his eyes down to his lips and back up. He did the same. We both leaned in, and our lips connected, in what felt like forever.
It was a gentle but romantic kiss, that we both desperately needed.
I heard a whistle come from Sam and Kian. I separated from Jc, and sat down, smiling.
We soon took off, and I turn towards Jc. And so did he.
"Time to talk?" Jc asked and I nodded, and held his hand.
"Listen Jc, I've thought a lot since Halloween night. And I wanna make sure, if I do continue this relationship, I won't be the only one fighting for it. Jc, I don't wanna have to, walk away from it. But I need to know, you're still the same guy, I fell so hard for and the guy I fell in love with." I told him. I started rubbing the promise ring, we both still wear.
"I promise you, I'll start treating you, the way you deserve. I don't wanna loose you, Jill. One more chance. That's all I need." Jc begged.
"I love you..." I blushed.
"For now and forever" Jc finished.
"This vacation is going to be good for us." I stated.
"I'll make sure of it" He replied and he kissed the back of my hand.
For the rest of the flight, we goofed around, and it felt really good.
