CHAPTER 14

The next morning I wake up in the same position, resting my head on Sebastian's chest. Sebastian was already awake, the hand with his phone resting on my back as he aimlessly scrolled through it. His other hand was slowly rubbing circles on the small of my back, through the blanket.

I slightly lifted my head towards his neck and gave him a soft kiss, letting him know I was awake. He put his phone down and turned his head to look down at me, giving me a peck on the forehead. "Good morning, sleepyhead." He says with a raspy morning voice.

"Good morning, Sebastian." I smile at him and wrap my arms around his neck. He chuckles and rubs my back. "Do you want some breakfast? Or do you want to chill for a few more minutes?" I think to myself for a moment, almost falling back asleep. "We should eat breakfast." I mumble into his neck and he nods.

He sat up, carrying me up with him, and lifted the covers off of both of us. He picks up my glasses from his nightstand and hands them to me, I put them on and he stands up fully. I stand up too and look around, we left a big mess last night, I guess I just bring messes everywhere I go.

I stretch and Sebastian just stands and waits before we leave his room to go eat breakfast. His mom had made breakfast a few minutes earlier before leaving for work, it was hashbrowns, eggs, and bacon. I sat at the kitchen bar while Sebastian made a plate of food for me and him.

He set down a plate in front of me and sat down next to me. "Thank you." I lean in and give him a kiss on the cheek before beginning to eat the food he laid out for me. He lets out a soft chuckle before beginning to eat as well.

We both finished up our food, cleaned up our mess from earlier, and got ready for the day before leaving and going out for the day. We decided to go look around at a mall first, so we took a train and walked to the mall from the train station. We went inside the mall, holding hands, and began looking around.

"Oh, Sebastian, look!" I excitedly pointed at a stuffed animal in the window of a cute store. A big fluffy teddy bear stood up on a podium for people to see. Sebastian turned to look at it and nodded. "Do you want it?" He turned his head to look at me now. I gasped and looked up at him. "Would you get it for me?!" I grab onto his sleeve and lightly tug on it. He nods, nonchalantly, and begins walking towards the store.

We get inside the store and he buys it for me, handing it to me to let me carry it around. Then we leave the store, continuing our walk around the mall. "Thank you so much, Sebastian." I say sweetly to him, resting my head on his shoulder with our arms linked. "Mhm, no problem. It's super cute anyway, just like you." I giggled and blush at his statement. "You're so corny."

Later, we arrived at my house. A few bags in hand from all our shopping, Sebastian walked me to the door where I let him in along with me. I waved at my mom as we walked inside then led Sebastian to my room after he had greeted my mom as well.

After Sebastian had entered my room, I shut the door behind him and set all our bags on the floor near my dresser. He sat down on the bed and Goober immediately jumped on the bed and into his lap. I laughed at Goober's actions before going to sit next to Sebastian.

I wrapped my arms around his waist and gave Goober a small pat on the head. Sebastian's arm reached around my back, the other hand busy petting Goober. I snuggled into his side, nuzzling my face into his chest as Sebastian let out a laugh. "I love you, Sebastian."

Sebastian laughed again. "I know, silly. I love you, too." He patted my head, along with Goober. Then he took his phone out of his pocket, looked at the time, and sighed. "I should get going now, it's getting late." I sigh and nod my head. "Aww, I don't want you to leave. But if you have to, I guess..."

I unwrap my arms from around him and he does the same. I get up from the bed and grab Sebastian's bags before handing them to him. Then we leave my room, he says goodbye to my mom, and we reach the door.

"Bye, Sebastian." I give him a hug, which he returns. "Goodbye, Oliver. Don't worry, we'll see each other tomorrow." He tells me, reassuringly. Then I break away from the hug and give him a small kiss before he leaves. I stand at the door, waving goodbye as I watch him go.
