Behind the hedges, a chopped arm flew in the air suddenly and bounced on the brick tiles, spilling blood all over. The skin got ripped open badly and torn apart, revealing red muscles and fibers from inside. With sounds of growling, a four-legged creature stomped its way on the puddles of blood and dead leaves. It raised its head and sniffed the air. Sweet and juicy. The fresh smell of human bodies lured its hunger and desire. It got excited, whipping its tail strong and loud, smashing the stones nearby. Since the trial started, numerous of corpses piled up in the maze like a scorching hell burning with inferno flames, sparked in the atmosphere of death and horror. The hedge walls, on the other hand, were thick and not soundproof. Screams and cries showed up frequently behind the green bushes, sounds of huge footsteps came along, followed by the shadows of a man and a monster.

Hearing the screams, C strolled along the path leisurely through the hedge bushes and maze. As calm as ever. He stopped by at the edges of the walls and bent down.

"No matter how many times I observe it, this maze is really incredible. The stone tiles and neatly cut hedges. It's amazing that the Residents can make such a masterpiece in such a short time." C stood up and looked around. It was the first time he walked inside a hedge maze. The scenery was spectacular and extremely interesting, like a child's beloved treasure chest. It was a shame that there was limited time.

"HELP! HELP! AHHHHHH! SOMEBODY! PLEASE HELP ME!!!" Behind, a voice appeared suddenly. A man, Inga emerged from the maze corners and ran in despair, sweating heavily. Rapid, loud footsteps scrambled across the road, a Skeldo was coming near.

"Oh, Mr! Please help me! I'm being chased by that scary monster! I'll do anything! Just please help me get rid of that......ahhhhhhh!" Inga turned his head and screamed. His eyes froze and backend away, covering his head with his bare hands.

"You're C! The murderer!" he cried.

"I'm not a murderer. I'm a hunter," C repeated and crossed his arms, "It hurts, you know, to be called by someone who you first meet." Inga's face went pale.

"........I'm terribly sorry. Please don't kill me!"

"I told you I'm not a murderer. Are you even listening? Besides, if I want to kill you, you'll be dead by now."

"Grrrrrr!" Suddenly, a loud sound of roar appeared. The four legged monster crashed the brick tiles and emerged in.

"Ahhhhh! It's that monster! That darn brutal animal! Why does that thing even exist?" Inga hid behind C and grabbed his sleeves. The creature stared at them and crept near slowly, as if looking at its tiny, little prey. It revealed its teeth and growled.

"Those claws and teeth. Don't you think it is amazing?" C praised with excitement.

"HUH?! Don't be ridiculous! That's clearly a dreadful monster! I've never seen anything like that in my entire life!!"

"Is it? I believe it looks rather cool."

Without warning, the no-eyed creature leaped forward and sliced the stone tiles one by one, dashing at the two Wanderers. Sounds of stone bricks shattered, the monster targeted them.

"AHHHH! IT'S COMING! I DON'T WANT TO DIE! JUST PLEASE HELP ME, MR. C!!!! I BEG YOU!!!"

"Hmm......I have to think about it. You just called me a murderer, I'm still angry about that."

"Oh! Please don't say that, Mr. C! I'm very sorry for calling you a murderer. But I don't mean it! I won't call you that again. So please! I beg you, please HELP ME!!!"

"Hmm.......but you're so weak. If I help you now, you may ask for me to help again. I don't have anything in return, so what's the point in helping you?"
