"Pass the ball!"

"Over here!"

"Hurry shoot!"

The girls basketball team was practising as always. It was always fun. Sometimes practice looked like a real match with the students watching them play.

"Dang you're sweaty "

"I know, I totally have to take a shower "

"Sure you do or else I won't even let you come inside the house "

"Cmon Arin, I'm not that lazy "

" Of course you're not " Arin says rolling her eyes.

"Are you really going to wait for me? " Kerissa asked her.

"Yes I am, don't wanna leave alone "

"Okay then you wait then we'll eat outside "

So leaving Arin, she went to take a shower. Since they were still in the college, she wanted to quickly leave.

Being the captain of the basketball team was sometimes tiring. Having a job as a captain then also managing studies was tiring. But in the end  it's worth it.

So after quickly taking a shower, she dressed up, packed her bags and locked the door of the changing room. She switched off the lights and it was dark since it was already past evening.

She looked around the campus of the school and saw Arin. She quickly was walking towards her when she noticed that someone was with her. But she could not tell who it was since the person was in a big hoodie and shorts.

The two of them were talking. Then the person turned towards her direction. The smirk that the person held was enough to make her head burst.

"Oh you're here " Arin spoke.

"Why are you talking to her? "she asks her emphasizing the word.

"Just because you're mean doesn't means that others are like you too " the girl said rolling her eyes. "Some are nice and not rude unlike you "

"Excuse me, I could say the same thing to you! " she exclaimed rolling her eyes as well. Arin just sighed at their childish behavior.

"Lets leave " Kerissa said taking Arin's hand and walking.

"Okay bye Shirley, see you. And sorry for her behavior " Arin said waving at her and walking. Well more like being dragged by Kerissa.

"Bye see you too "

"Hey why are you pulling me? Leave already " Arin demanded.

"Geez why were you talking to her? " Kerissa asked.

"Because someone was taking so long to just take a shower and she being a very good lady noticed I was bored and decided to ta-" she was cut off my Kerissa speaking.

"Uff what do you mean by Very good lady? " she asked annoyed.

"Just because you two are having beef with each other doesn't mean I am as well " Arin said.

"But still you're my friend and friends are suppose to take each others side " Kerissa whines.

"We only take each others side when we know it's like super wrong but she's nice to us " Arin explains walking.

"But still though, just looking at her face makes me want to wipe that smirk off her face " the captain says annoyed.

"We're not in school anymore you stupid. Grow up "

"Who says that we can have enemies only in school? "

"I do and now's let's walk faster, I'm hungry "

So now that are at a restaurant, ready for dinner. The food was served and it looked really tasty.

Kerissa started to eat while Arin was on the phone texting with someone.

"Who are you texting ? Won't you eat? " she asked her.

"None of your business and yes I'll eat " Arin said keeping her phone inside her bag and started to eat.

"So how was your day? " Arin starts

"You were literally with me the whole day and you're asking me " Kerissa said in disbelief.

"I'm just being a good friend and looking out for you " Arin said jokingly and also true.

"Well it was fine I guess " Kerissa answered.

"Okay then good to know "

"How about you? How was your day? "

"It was nice but practice was so annoying since that stupid hag was there " Arin said rolling her eyes.

"Good thingy she doesn't play basketball " Kerissa said making Arin look at her with her piercing eyes.

"Just imagine her jumping to shoot the ball " Arin said laughing after a while.

"I can't image her running after the ball like a bratty princess" Kerissa adds making both of them laugh hard.

"On top of that, she can't even hold the racket properly. Plus her so called expensive original whatnot racket broke so she was given another racket " Arin starts. "And she held it like it will give her germs all over her body " she said rolling her eyes.

"So her being in the team is a total headache " Kerissa said.

"Exactly "

"And by the way, I'll be going home for a week so you have to stay alone " Arin adds.

"Home? When? "

"In a week I guess "

"That's so earlyyyy " she whines making Arin look at her in a scrunched face.

"Yah don't look at me like that " Kerissa says

"I thought you wanted to get rid of me since you thought I was annoying and always nagging you " Arin said raising an eyebrow.

"It was a joke, don't take it seriously. Whose going to wake me up, remind me I have a test, cook in the morning and stuff " Kerissa tells making Arin look at her as if she's ready to disown her.

"Haven't you always done that during school time? "

"That was years ago! "

"Then just try again and it's only for a week cmon "

I know this chapter is short and boring but this is just the start. I'll try to make things out properly in the future.
